The 22-Credit Validation Group includes several validations that assist districts and the state in identifying students who have completed at least 22 credits worth of study while not being identified as having earned a diploma.
These reports are generated using the Data Validation Report and include three validation rules:
- 22 Credit Student Detail
- 22 Credit Summary
- 22 Credit Likely Course Code List

22 Credit Report Validation Rules and GroupsGenerate the Data Validation Report
- Select the 22 Credit in the Data Validation Group dropdown list.
- Select the desired Report Data Source option of Local Dataset or State Dataset.
- Choose either Generate Now or Submit to Batch Queue to generate the reports.
- Select the desired Format Type of HTML or CSV.
- Click Generate to view the results of the report.
