Assessment
Import Data Update (SIS-176986)
The Assessment Center's Import Data functionality (step 5) did not display multiple sets of child records when more than one row existed for a student. This issue has been resolved. When a source file has multiple rows of score data for a single student, and each row has a different score date, all score data for all tests (parent, child, etc.) is imported and displayed for each test score date.

The Days column on the School Months tool was allowing the entry and display of three digits but would not correctly save that entry. This has been corrected. Note that the Days column is only a two-digit field.

Campus Digital Repository
Campus Digital Repository - Removing Support for On-Premise Repository Hosting (SIS-181747)
In the July 2025 release of Campus, access to the Campus Digital Repository will be disabled for districts who are still using the on-premise object repository.
In preparation for this change, a series of notifications will be sent to Campus administrators of districts who need to migrate their CDR accounts off-premise. A Process Inbox message is sent to all users with the SIS Product Security role or who have tool rights to the Digital Repository Preferences tool. The message instructs users to visit the Digital Repository Preferences tool and switch their CDR account to off-premise. An additional message is sent every two weeks until the CDR hosting model for their account is updated.

File Storage Library (SIS-182880)
Previously, an error occurred when connecting to network drives for document and student picture storage due to an outdated Java library. The library has been updated to improve network drive access.

Teaching Center - Section Tiles (SIS-173349)
The Teaching Center has been updated so that if a teacher's schedule changes and they have not customized that section in the Teaching Center, such as entering a new name or selecting an icon or color, the name for that section is updated based on the schedule change. If the teacher has customized the section, no changes are made to the Teaching Center.

Overlapping Toast Messages (SIS-175067)
Previously, toast messages in the top right corner of the screen sometimes overlapped buttons in the Assignment editor. This has been corrected.

Previously, some users encountered an error in Reports if they were not already in the context of a Term/Section. This has been corrected.

Teaching Center - High Period Sequence (SIS-120569) (SIS-182786)
Previously, an error occurred in the Teaching Center if the Period Schedule included periods with a Sequence of 63 or higher. The Teaching Center has been updated so that if a period has a Sequence of 63 or higher, the Teaching Center loads properly but there is no indicator of whether section attendance has been taken. For these sections, an indication of attendance taken also does not display in the Attendance tool.

Campus Learning
Uploading Images in Assignments (SIS-173752)
Assignments have been updated so that when a teacher or student pastes an image into a WYSIWYG editor, the image is uploaded to the Campus Digital Repository. Users can also upload images by clicking the image icon and selecting an image file on their device. As with other CDR files, users must acknowledge the Acceptable Use Policy.
Users who do not have access to the CDR can include images by clicking the image icon, then the link icon, and pasting in a URL for the image.

Grade Book - Evaluate Rubric (SIS-182806)
Previously, some users could not open the scoring screen using the Evaluate Rubric link in the Grade Book. This has been corrected.

Cross-Site Enrollment - School Connections Max Students (SIS-179585)
A Max Students field has been added to the School Connections tool. This field limits seats at a Serving School for Cross-Site Enrolled students. The limit applies to every section that is offered to a Home School.

Additional logic has been added to the process around Cross-Site Enrollment Course and Section Deletion, Roster Deletion and Student Schedule Deletion.
- A Cross-Site Course Section cannot be deleted from the Serving School when Cross-Site students are still scheduled into that section.
- A Cross-Site Course cannot be deleted from the Serving School when Cross-Site students are scheduled into any of the course's sections.
- A mapped Cross-Site Course Section cannot be deleted from the Home School when Cross-Site students are scheduled in the section.
- A mapped Cross-Site Course cannot be deleted from the Home School when Cross-Site students are scheduled into any of that course's sections.

Data Certification
Certification Category Tool (SIS-182024)
The Certification Category tool has been updated to include DIS functionality available in the Type Membership Setup tool. Newly created member records with a State ID now sync to the state database. Additionally, the DataValidationRemoteRun tool subright as been moved from Additional Access Rights to be under the Data Validation Report tool rights.

Special Ed Flags Tool Rights Update (SIS-182049)
Previously, the overall Flags tool rights overrode the Special Ed Flags sub-right permissions. For example, when users had read-only rights to Special Ed Flags but Write, Add, or Delete rights for the Flags right, they could modify, add, and delete Special Ed Flags. With this update, the Special Ed Flags sub-right obeys the standard RWAD rules, and Flag rights no longer override the sub-right permissions. Requests & Rosters Updates (SIS-182109)
Requests & Rosters has been updated for the following:
- The Auto-Post Course Fees system setting now applies to Requests & Rosters actions when students are scheduled into course sections that have Course Fees assigned. This occurs when using Batch Edit Student Rosters, Batch Edit Course Rosters, and Roster Builder.
- An additional sub-tool right named Delete Rosters has been added. This sub-tool right is necessary to delete roster records.
The following corrections have been made to Requests & Rosters:
- When in the Courses view and working in the Section Side Panel, clicking Cancel triggered an unsaved changes message to display when no changes had been made.
- The message alerting the user to an invalid date entry on the Roster Builder was displayed when the entered dates matched the section date.
- The Select All option in Batch Edit Student Rosters was not displaying for singleton courses.
- The date warning on Batch Edit Student Rosters still displayed even after clearing the incorrect dates.

There was an issue with the Consolidated Report Card coding all students as EL. This issue has been corrected. The EL Count logic was updated on the BIE Consolidated Report Card to NOT count 'Monitored' students as EL. The Consolidated Report Card returns an accurately calculated percentage of <100%. This change was applied to both the 'Individual School' AND 'BIE' report types.

BIE-Tribal Codes and Names Updated (SIS-181804)
Tribal codes and names were updated in the Attribute/Dictionary per Federal descriptors (January 2024) in the NASIS State Edition and BIE District Editions. This includes adding a new code, '995 Descendant of Tribal Member'. The codes are available for selection in the Tribe droplist of the NASIS tool. Data conversion was applied for students with 2023-2024 and/or 2024-2025 enrollments to update the data in the 'tribalCode' field of the NASIS table.

Colorado - 2024-25 Student School Association (SIS-177921)
The Student School Association Extract has been modified for the 2024-25 school year, as follows:
- Logic for reporting the Alternative Instruction Course and Alternative Instruction Course Override has been added.
- When the Alternative Instruction Course field on the Course Information editor is populated, but the Alternative Instruction Course Override field on the Section Information editor is not populated, the value from Course Information reports.

Nevada-Other Type Added for Career Readiness (SIS-180073)

Validations have been added to eliminate the assignment or creation of duplicate or shared UIDs.
When a new staff member or new student is assigned a UID, logic checks to verify that a UID does NOT exist in the public school unit's state ID table.
- If it does not exist, one is assigned to the new staff/student.
- If it does exist, a message displays that the UID already exists and to select another UID or contact NCDPI.

- The list of School Months on the report editor now displays in numeric order for all PMR reports.

North Carolina - State Code, State Code Name on Transcript Records (SIS-182206)
The State Code and State Code Name fields on Student Transcripts are now read-only for records posted using the Transcript Post Wizard and for previously saved records.
For transcript records entered manually or existing records are modified:
- State Code and State Code Name fields are populated once a Course Number/Name is entered, but once the record is saved, they can no longer be edited.
- When a Course Number is entered that does not exist in the Course Catalog, a validation displays indicating an existing course number needs to be entered.

North Carolina - Enrollment, UID Sync to State Edition (SIS-182264)
State Edition syncing from District Edition did not occur when creating a new person (student), enrolling that person into a school, and adding a State UID. This has been corrected.
Follow these steps when creating a new student:
- Use the Student Locator to first search for an existing student.
- After searching for a student and results are found, State Edition will already have a UID for that person. That UID will then be assigned to the person at District Edition when that record is selected.
- After searching for a student and not finding appropriate results, click the *Create New Student* button. Demographics and enrollment information can be entered from the editor that displays.
- When adding demographics and enrollment data in the Locator, and the student does not currently have a UID assigned to them, use the Assign NC Student ID button. The NCDPI Lookup screen displays, allowing the ability to search for a current UID or, if none, Register for a UID. Upon selection to Assign or Register, the State ID field shows as Pending Save.
- Once the new record is saved, the enrollment and UID information is sent from District Edition to State Edition.

The following updates have been made in the JSON response in the eTranscript in North Carolina:
- The Graduated field is required for every student and reports a value of True when the student's Graduation record has a Diploma Date and Diploma Type value. Otherwise it reports a value of False.
- The Graduation Date reports the last instructional date from the calendar of enrollment and reports when the student is in 12th grade, but has not graduated. This field is not required to show a date when the student is in 11th grade or lower.
- The transcriptDocument reports as a string escaped XML transcript.

- The only courses that report on the eTranscript are those courses that have a HS Credit Type. This can include courses in grade levels marked as Exclude from GPA and Class Rank, but the GPA values from those courses are not used in the cumulative GPA calculation.
- eTranscripts are produced for students who do not have an enrollment in the active school year.
- Weighted GPA Values and UNC Requirements Note Messages are now included.

The following schools were updated for the Localized Incident Location attribute dictionary values, which display in the Behavior tool:
- the name for 600-121 was updated from "BREC Academy" to "Keys Academy - Petersburg."
- the name for 58-1121 was updated from "Mecklenburg Co-Alternative Education" to "PHOENIX ACADEMY."

Virginia Master Schedule Report Updates (SIS-180762)
Several updates were made to the Master Schedule Report to meet the 24-25 requirements:
- A new data element, Responsible School, now reports on the F Record.
- The logic for reporting the Credit Awarded Flag element on the F record was updated.
- An issue with the report population for the C and F records was fixed.
- The logic for reporting the SCED Sequence data element on the C record was updated.
- A new school was added to the Enrollments Serving Division-School dropdown, 600-1351: Minnick-Lynchburg.

Wisconsin Special Ed Process Alert Rules Update (SIS-173010)
A new read-only field, Original Meeting Date, was added for Wisconsin users when they amend Special Ed plans. The Process Alert, "Plan Meeting Date + 1 yr," now looks to the Original Meeting Date on amended plans when determining the logic for sending the alert. The Meeting Date field is still used for process alert logic for non-amended plans.
