The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for October 2024. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2447 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Assessment
Score Import Errors Impacting CPU (SIS-182231)
Assessment source files with blank rows caused errors and negatively impacted CPU utilization, especially when dealing with large quantities of rows. This issue has been resolved. Assessment source files containing blank rows no longer generate errors, are included in the file row count and are ignored in the test and import steps.

The StudentParticipation Free/Reduced and EconomicDisadvantaged element mapping have been updated to properly report when the school has an active School History Record. The CalendarDate object has been updated to report no more than 1 record per date on the calendar when more than 1 schedule structure exists in the calendar.

A new 'SPED Student Age Range ' droplist field was added to the Section Editor of the Section Information tool. Options include:
- 00: Not Providing Services to Special Education Students

- 02: Providing Services to Students Aged 5 (In KG) to 21

Localization - California
California - CAASSP Import Updates (SIS-180980)
The CAASPP 2024-2025, ELPAC Initial 2024-2025, and ELPAC Summative 2024 assessments are now available for selection on the CAASPP Import tool. Test mappings have also been updated for the new formatting.
The import has been modified to accept file formats from multiple years.
- For CAASPP, when the file has 375 columns, the new format for 2023-2024 is used; otherwise, the 2022-2023 format is used.
- For ELPAC Initial, when the file has 290 columns, the new format for 2023-2024 is used; otherwise, the 2022-2023 format is used.

Localization - Kentucky
Kentucky Section Student Detail Conversion (SIS-183008)
With the release of Campus.2435 (August 2024), the Roster Batch Edit tool was removed. Existing data from the Roster Batch Edit tool was converted to the Section Student Detail tool for Kentucky. Section Student Detail records are converted when the student has values in the Dual Credit, Repeat Course, or No Credit fields.

- Five new Pre-K values have been added to the State Grade Level Codes for the StudentPersonal object.

The following SIF element updates have been made for the 2024-25 school year:
- The MAStaffActualAttendance and MAStaffExpectedAttendance elements have been removed from the StaffAssignment object and added to the EmploymentRecord object.
- The CPPIFundedStudent element has been added to the StudentPersonal object to report based off the CPPI flag.
- The InnovationCareerPathwaySector element has been added to the StudentSchoolEnrollment object to report from the HQCP Program Participation field.

Minnesota - Ed-Fi Courses, Course Offerings, and Sections Resource Updates (SIS-177489)
The Courses resource has been updated to correctly report the numberOfParts and sequenceLimit elements.
The Sections resource has been updated to report the classPeriods and sequenceOfCourse elements correctly. The Sections resource has also been updated to report the instructionMinutesPerTerm element.
The instructionMinutesPerTerm element has been removed from the Course Offerings resource.
A resync on the Courses, Course Offerings, and Sections resources needs to be completed with this update.

Localization - Nevada
Nevada-State End Status Update (SIS-178455)
The name for the End Status code 'W4B' was changed from "As a result of student being under the compulsory age of 7 years" to "As a result of student being under the compulsory age of 6 years" in the Core Attribute/Dictionary. It is an option in the Local End Status droplist on the Enrollment tool.

Localization - New Jersey
New Jersey Special Ed State Reporting and Enrollments Updates (SIS-182985)
All Special Ed fields from the Enrollments tool were moved to the Special Ed State Reporting tool. Five new dropdown fields were added to select the students' multiple disabilities, as well as a new Area(s) of Specific Learning Disability field. These updates are in preparation for updating the New Jersey SMART Special Ed Submission reports for the 24-25 school year.
