The Title 1 tab is used to record Title I Program information for students who receive services. Fields on the Title 1 tab that are specific to the state of Minnesota are described below. For all other inquiries, please visit the Title 1 article.
Title 1
Title 1 indicates a student who is eligible for targeted assistance. What is state definition for Title 1?

An indication of the type of Title I program, if any, in which the student is participating and served.
Title 1 Part A Participation Details
For all Title 1 Part A programs (T1A, T1APK, and T1APR), be sure to fill out the participation details.

Instructional Services
The Instructional Services field indicates all Title 1 Part A programs in which the student participates or receives services. This field is used only for district-tracking purposes.
Support Services
Use the Support Services field to enter any services the student is receiving in support of their Title 1 program.
Title 1 Part D Participation Details
Title 1 Part D programs are prevention and intervention programs for children and youth who are neglected, delinquent, or at-risk.
For Title 1 Part D (T1D), be sure to fill out the participation details.

Program Type
Use the Program Type drop-list to select the type of Title 1 Part D program in which the student is participating.
Program Services
Use the Program Services field to enter the program services the student is receiving in correlation with their program.
