A new Special Ed Documents archival process was implemented that automatically converts historical Special Ed Documents to PDFs rather than as live, editable documents. This conversion process will be implemented in a staged rollout to avoid overloading CPU resources for customers, allowing them to continue their day-to-day operations of Campus while the process runs in the background.
After this rollout period is complete, when a state gets a new print format, the n-2 format will be archived.
What is the archival process?
The archival process includes the following:
- Selection of districts and Special Ed print formats.
- Marking specific print formats as archivable.
- Running the archival script that automatically converts documents of those print formats into PDFs.
What is changing?
Location: Student Information > Special Ed > Special Ed Documents
When a document is archived, it becomes uneditable.
