Academic and Graduation Programs: Getting Started

Tool Search: Academic and Graduation Programs

The Academic and Graduation Programs tool contains the Academic and Graduation Programs that can be assigned to students in a district. 

  • Academic Programs define requirements for completion of the selected Academic program, including specific course requirements and any assessments/certificates needed for program completion.
  • Graduation Programs are used to show a student's progress toward graduation based on the requirements entered for the program.

From this screen, users may: 

  • Toggle between Academic and Graduation Programs
  • Filter the list of listed programs
  • Create new programs to assign to students. 

Course Setup Considerations

In order for the status of future planned courses in a Course Plan to display correctly when reviewing student Progress, the Course Information Term field must be populated.
