The Flags Setup tool allows schools and districts to assign indicators to a student for particular programs, alerts, or notices that may assist with the student's success in school.

Flags can be setup to be Contact, Special Ed, and State Reported. When viewing those flags on the Student record, additional tool rights. See the Flags Tool Rights article for more information.
Deleting Flags is not advised due to loss of historical records. Instead of deleting the flag, remove the Active checkbox. This retains any record of that flag being assigned and prohibits the flag from being assigned in the future.
