Activity Registration
Future-Dated Enrollments Unable to See Activities (SIS-157065)
When a student's active enrollment ended, and they had a future enrollment, they could not see activities that are registered for, and active during, in the gap between their enrollment dates. To improve this, we have added a new section under the Activity Dashboard to include future enrollments within an adjustable time frame.
As a part of this change, the following update to the School Store has been made:
- Students with future enrollments, who have active user accounts, can now see the School Store and products that are not restricted via Ad-Hoc.

Activity Roster Performance Enhancement (SIS-160702) [Enhancement]
The Activity Roster screen would start to experience slowness loading when users would near the 1,000 student mark. The page would load, but it would take several seconds to the point where the browser prompts that the page is unresponsive and to exit or wait. To improve load times, we have made user interface changes to better accommodate text on the screen.

Grading Setup
New Course Status Tool (SIS-152637) [Enhancement]
A new Course Status tool has been added to the Course Master tools. This tool lists all of the Courses attached to a Course Master across Calendars for the Year selected in the Campus toolbar. The Link Status of each course is provided:
- Linked - Grading setup matches between the Course and Master.
- Course Controlled - Some elements of grading setup are unlocked at the Course Catalog and can therefore be managed at the Course level.
- Desynced - Grading setup elements are locked at the Course Catalog level but do not match the grading setup at the course level.
Filter the list of courses by Status using the Filter Courses buttons at the top.
The Status Detail column indicates which grading setup elements the status applies to and whether those elements are Course Managed (unlocked at the Catalog) or Unlinked (no longer linked to the Course Master). The tool names in this column link to the respective tools for that Course.
For each course, click the Details button to view the Course Audit report. For desynced or course managed courses, click Relink to push grading setup data from the Course Master, overwriting the current setup of the Course. Campus recommends using this relink option for future calendars. Note: grade and/or score data is not overwritten. To relink multiple courses, select the checkboxes on the left of the desired courses and click Relink Selected Courses.
In addition to the Course Status tool, the following changes have been made to the grading setup process:
- When pushing data to sections from Course Master Information, users can choose which Calendars should have data pushed.
- Weights in Composite Grading can now be locked/unlocked separately at the Catalog level. This option is reflected in the Push All tool as well.
- In Grade Calc Options, Composite setup and Weights now have locked/unlocked icons to indicate if they are controlled outside of the section.
- The Push All Course Masters tool has been updated so that the grading setup that is locked at the Catalog is selected by default.

Point of Sale 2.0 Maintenance (SIS-168467)
The following updates have been made to the Point of Sale 2.0 tool:
- If the last transaction made on the terminal is a deposit only (no items purchased), the Drawer Count Deposit Amount would only display that last deposit, regardless of the amount of cash received during the service. This has been corrected.
- New search options have been added to assist Point of Sale cashiers with streamlining the serving process. Hold Search will retain the search criteria each time the search side panel is re-opened until cleared. Auto Open will automatically open the search side panel when a patron is served, bypassing the need to click Search. While search options and criteria can be used in any combination, cashiers can select Pinned Item(s) with Photo On, Hold Search, Auto Open and Homeroom to simulate roster serve behavior.

Moving a course section on the White Board caused the Schedule Wizard to lock up, requiring the user to stop the entire process through the computer's task scheduler. This issue has been corrected.

NEW Scheduling Board (SIS-152749) [Enhancement]
As part of an ongoing project to enhance the scheduling tools across the product, a NEW Scheduling Board is now available. This is the latest tool to be revamped and joins the Scheduling Center, the Staff Planner and the new Course Planner for the 2023-24 Scheduling season.
The Scheduling Board - the new name for the Schedule Wizard - can be accessed without having to launch a separate window, without logging in a second time, AND without using JAVA or OpenJDK. It's available in both the New Look (Scheduling & Courses > Scheduling > Scheduling Board) and the Classic View (Scheduling > Scheduling Board).
With this release, Scheduling Trials is no longer a separate tool. The Scheduling Trials interface and logic is now part of Scheduling Board. Choosing a trial from Scheduling Board Trials opens the Scheduling Board for course building and section loading all from the same tool.
This is the first release of Scheduling Board. Stay tuned for future updates. If you need to switch to the classic Schedule Wizard - the one that does require a second login and JAVA/OpenJDK - that is still available. Note that there are some features in the Classic Schedule Wizard that are not yet available in the Scheduling Board.

NEW Course Planner (SIS-157669) [Enhancement]
As part of an ongoing project to enhance the scheduling tools across the product, a NEW Course Planner is now available. This is the latest tool to be revamped and joins the Scheduling Center, the Staff Planner and the new Scheduling Board for the 2023-24 Scheduling season.
The Course Planner lists active courses in the selected school, requests for that course, how many sections need to be built to meet those requests, and the number of seats for that course. Teachers & Rooms can be assigned, Scheduling Rules can be managed, and Placement Restrictions can be added for the Course.
The new Course Planner can be accessed from the new Scheduling Board, along with the new Staff Planner, in both the New Navigation (Scheduling & Courses > Scheduling > Scheduling Board) and Classic View (Scheduling > Scheduling Board). It is also a stand-alone tool that is available in the New Navigation (Scheduling & Courses > Scheduling > Course Planner) and Classic View (Scheduling > Scheduling Center > Course Planner).
This is the first release of the Course Planner. Stay tuned for future updates. The current Course Planner (accessible through the classic Schedule Wizard Whiteboard) is still available and can be used interchangeably with this new Course Planner.

Users Unable to Log into Infinite Campus Unless Security Email Address Confirmed (SIS-168373)
Users in districts where Messenger is not enabled or who are unable to verify their security email address for various reasons were unable to log into Infinite Campus if the ‘Send an alert when logging in with a new device’ setting was set in Login Security Settings. To correct this issue, users are now allowed to skip verification and log into Infinite Campus but will be reminded periodically to complete the verification process.

A new State Start Status code, '999: Past School Year Graduate', has been added as an option for mapping to Local Start Status codes. Selecting a Local Start Status that is mapped to the State Start Status of '999: Past School Year Graduate' AND marking the 'State Exclude' checkbox on the enrollment allows users to report the previous school year's graduation data (late graduates, summer graduates, etc.) in the current school year by reporting the Student School Association and Student Academic Record resources.

Wisconsin – WISEid Extract and WISEid Import Updates for Legal Name and Gender Fields (SIS-167524)
A ‘Use Legal Identities Where Provided’ checkbox has been added to the WISEid Extract to allow users to use the legal name and gender fields for the extract.
A ‘File Contains Legal Identities’ checkbox has been added to the WISEid Import to allow users to use the legal name and gender fields when importing data.
If either checkbox is not checked, the identity name and gender fields will be used.

Wyoming-WDE 600 Detail File Update (SIS-156084)
The WDE 600 Attendance and Membership Detail Extract has been updated to accurately report when a student's enrollment calendar has more than one period schedule. When the 'Display ADA / ADM' option is marked on the report editor, the Actual FTE is based on the courses in which a student is enrolled during the Period Schedule indicated on the calendar day. The 'ActualFTE' should = 100.00 when the student is fully enrolled. Any period on the Period Schedule with the 'Responsive' checkbox marked is ignored.
