The Calculated Assessment Statuses tool stores the calculated assessment statuses for assessments that report on the HSDC (High School Data Collection) and on the Student Record Card 3 extract. The Calculated Assessment Statuses are created and stored when you run the Reported Assessments Calculator found on the Assessment Status Calculation tool.
- The tool allows for the manual override of calculated assessment statuses by selecting a new status and clicking Save.
- Manual changes are automatically overwritten when you run the Assessment Status Override tool.
Review calculated assessment results and update assessment status values used for state reporting.
