The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for December 2024. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2451 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

The State Code and Name on mapped Cross-Site Enrollment courses were not populating at the Home School or on Transcript records. This has been corrected.
A script has been created that will populate any missing State Course Number and Name for any transcript record that has been posted.

Food Service
Auto-Inactivate POS Terminals (SIS-182665)
If a POS terminal app has not communicated with the server for three weeks, it will be inactivated (under Food Service > Administration > Terminals) and all pending messages from Infinite Campus will be deleted to improve server performance.
Users can reactivate the terminal and update POS data by performing a Data Reload on the POS Terminal Admin screen. The app can still be used before the reload, but data will not message from Infinite Campus to the app until the terminal is reactivated.

New Hampshire-iNHDEX-Summer Graduates and Withdrawals Extract Type Added (SIS-180700)
The iNHDEX reporting tool was updated to include the Summer Graduates and Withdrawals extract type to report students who either graduated/completed high school or withdrew from the district over the summer.
Students who previously reported as enrolled in the district AND meet the following criteria should be included:
- Graduated over the summer (before the first day of school).
- Did not return to any NH public district this school year (including students who completed the grade span of your school last year and were exited as exit code 2).
- Should not have been reported as enrolled in the previous Enrollment Submission window and must be removed.
- Districts must manually add these students to the CSV file after generating it.
- Reported for the current school year in error/ never attended.

New Hampshire-iNHDEX-Student Absence Extract Type Added (SIS-181400)
The iNHDEX reporting tool was updated to include the Student Absence extract type to report records when students have an attendance event designated with an absence code associated with a State Code. The data is used to calculate chronic absenteeism and the attendance rate at the district and school.

The iNHDEX reporting tool was updated to include a Student Roster extract type. It can be used to register K-12 students for all state assessments and NHSAS Interim testing.

North Carolina - PMR ADM Calculations with Shortened Period Schedules (SIS-184842)
ADM values reported for Month 1 and Month 2 were incorrect when a calendar day was using a period schedule with fewer instructional minutes than half of the school day value, causing a student to not receive membership credit. This has been corrected.

North Carolina - LCS Program Enhancement Teacher State Codes (SIS-184859)
A previous change to the Program Enhancement Teacher Report modified the logic to only report State Course Codes that begin with 4 and 5. This was incorrect. Now, reports State Course Codes that begin with 5 and 6.

Arizona - Student School Food Service Program Associations Updates (SIS-183410)
The Student School Food Service Program Associations Resource has been updated for the following:
- A record reports when the FRAM record is active within enrollment start and end dates. When the FRAM record is NOT within the enrollment dates, it is excluded.
- When a student leaves the district and returns, multiple records report based on enrollment start/end dates.
- Additional records do not post when the student has an End Status = ZZZ and a new enrollment with Start Status = ZZZ. These enrollments need to be combined and treated as a single enrollment in the ODS.

North Carolina - LCS Collection: Teacher Count, Program Enhancement Teacher Updates (SIS-184512)
The following updates have been made to the LCS Collection:
- The K-3 and 4-8 Class Size Average report now returns an accurate Teacher Count.
- The Program Enhancement Teacher reports only the State Course Codes that begin with 4 and 5, and State Course Codes starting with 1 only when the Department of the course is Word Lang.
