Release notes allow relevant personnel to review enhancements, modifications, and regulated changes prior to accepting an update. It is advised that users review the release notes carefully and alert appropriate district staff to changes in Campus.

Academic Planning
Course Plan - Extra Grade Level Column for Super Senior - (SIS-196796)
The Course Plan display has been updated to allow a column to display for grades that are above grade 12 in the Course Plan, Progress, and Course Plan Template. The column will only show up in a student's Course Plan, however, if they have an enrollment for a grade level above grade 12.

Add Single Pointer UI Controls for Favorites Reordering (SIS-180729) [Enhancement]
Adds single-pointer controls for reordering menu favorites to improve accessibility for touchscreen and single-pointer mouse users. Previously, reordering used keyboard and multi-pointer mouse controls. This update also adds up and down buttons for each row to enable single-pointer reordering of menu favorites

Assessment
Map Columns to Multiple Database Fields (SIS-192463) [Enhancement]
The Assessment Center has been improved to enable users to map a single import column to multiple fields, offering greater flexibility for import scenarios. For example, a column containing raw scores could be mapped to both "Raw Score" and "Scale Score" at the same time.
Key highlights:
- Users can create multiple field mappings for a single column via the Options modal
- Each mapping is displayed as a separate tab within the Options modal
- The database field dropdown filters out fields already selected in other tabs for the same column
- The main grid shows a red "!" icon if ANY tab for that column is incomplete
- Column headers show a comma-delimited list of all mapped field names

Assessment Import Errors (SIS-198322)
When uploading a score file and mapping columns in Step 3, the column mappings were saved based on the original file structure. When a later version of the file was uploaded with a different structure, the existing mappings remained in the database and referenced the original column positions, leading to mismatches and import errors. This issue has been resolved. Whenever a new set of mappings is submitted, any existing mappings are cleared first. This ensures that only the current mappings are used during import and prevents conflicts caused by outdated data.

Attendance
Attendance Bug Fixes (SIS-197697)
Bug fixes include:
- An issue that occurred when Classroom was enabled and prevented teachers from toggling between calendars in the Attendance tool has been resolved.
- An issue where courses scheduled across multiple sequential periods appear incorrectly on Sub Attendance Rosters has been resolved.
- Changing the sequence of periods (from Schedule & Courses > Calendar Setup > Period Setup) now preserves the attendance status (red/green) on the classroom monitor. Adding periods to a section after the school day has started and attendance has already been taken does not affect the admin’s ability to use the classroom monitor to update absences for the newly added periods or to view the correct attendance status across all periods.
- An issue with the ADM ADA Detail report in CSV format, which duplicated grade levels when two schedule structures had the same grade levels defined, has been resolved.
- An issue in which an attendance mark was defined as the "Attendance Posting Code" for virtual attendance, and the "Use code in virtual attendance posting" box became greyed out and unmarked has been resolved.
- The ADM and ADA Detail Report, generated as a CSV, now provides totals for multiple schools.
- An issue where a student who checked out during a period including lunch could not check in if the absence duration is shorter than the lunch period has been resolved.
- An issue where the teacher could not edit course participation attendance on previous days if the course did not meet today has been resolved.
- An issue that caused attendance codes to be recorded for a period in which a student was rostered in a course not marked for attendance, while also being rostered in an inactive course marked for attendance, has been resolved.
- The Guardian spelling is now correct in the Daily Attendance Processing Caller Report.
- An error with the Instruction Attendance Change Tracking PDF Report has been fixed.
- An issue where attendance taken at the home school on a section skinned with a cross‑site section removed CSE attendance at the serving school has been resolved, ensuring that the serving school is always the source of truth for CSE attendance.
- When transferring attendance events between the home school and the serving school, if the calculated present minutes at the receiving school are equal to the total duration of the period, no attendance events will be created for that period at the receiving school.
- The capability to track consecutive course absences has been added to the Consecutive Absence Report.

Behavior Response Syncs to State Edition (SIS-197175)
Behavior Response records now sync to state editions for North Carolina and Delaware.

Deleted Calendars Not Displaying on State Edition (SIS-195358)
An update has been made that displays a Process Inbox alert for State Edition Users when a state-linked district deletes a calendar. The deleted calendar no longer displays for that school at the State Edition level.

Remove Contact Log From Digital Repository Preferences (SIS-172980)
A Contact Log preference was incorrectly added to Digital Repository Preferences, leading users to believe they could enable document upload functionality for the Contact Log, which has not been implemented. To avoid confusion, this preference was removed.

Campus Learning
Linking Directly to Attachments (SIS-198071) [Enhancement]
When teachers attach content to a piece of curriculum, they now have the option to Link Directly to Content. When this option is selected and a student clicks the assignment in Campus Student, the attached content opens, bypassing the assignment details such as dates and grading. This option is helpful when sharing a resource such as a syllabus or linking directly to a class website or materials. If there are multiple pieces of content linked, students are shown a list of attachments.
Keep in mind that students cannot view any additional assignment information, including the description and grading. Assignments with Link Directly to Content selected should not have other tasks linked, such as quizzes or discussions, since students won't be able to access them.

Quizzes - Randomize Question Selection (SIS-198915) [Enhancement]
New options have been added to the page-level question settings for quizzes. In addition to the option to Randomize Question Order, teachers now have the option to:
- Randomize Question Selection - delivers a random selection of questions from those on the page.
- Number of Questions to Deliver - the number of questions delivered from the page.
- Points Per Question - the proportion of total points possible each question is worth.
For example, if a page of a quiz has 10 questions and a teacher randomizes selection and enters a Number of 5, each student who takes the quiz will see 5 random questions from the 10 available on that page. If the teacher reassigns the quiz, students will see the same questions, but if the student reattempts the quiz, they'll get a new randomized set of questions.

Classroom Integrations
OneRoster Assessment - Updated to Align with Specification (SIS-198693)
The following updates have been made to the implementation of OneRoster Assessments to better align to the specification:
- Updated the getAllAssessmentResults endpoint to only return records created by the OneRoster API
- Removed the non-standard scaleScore field
- Adjusted the view to ensure all returned records have the required scoreStatus, dateLastModified, scoreDate, and status field

LTI 1.3 - Microsoft Education (SIS-198888) [Enhancement]
Microsoft Education (OneDrive) connections can now be configured using the 1.3 version of the LTI specification.

LTI 1.1 Integrations Missing in Assignment Editor (SIS-199271)
After the 2619 update, the "Learning Tool" button no longer appeared in the Assignment Editor when teachers created or modified assignments. LTI 1.1 connections, such as Naiku, did not appear in the side panel for linking content, even though they were correctly configured as LTI vendors and visible under Instruction > Curriculum Planning > Learning Tools. As a result, LTI 1.1-only connections were effectively hidden and unusable for assignment linking. This has been corrected.

Validation Logic for Added Placements (SIS-199312) [Enhancement]
Validation logic has been added to ensure placements being added to a provider's LTI placements do not already exist.

Data Cleanup for Course and Course Master, Data Conversion to Course Catalog - (SIS-198306)
(SIS-196419) – Campus.2611: A script was created to clean up the CustomCourse and CourseMasterAttribute table. The script created for this case was intended to remove duplicate records for Course Master and Course Data. However, the script also removed ANY record for which lock=1 and value=NULL.
This was not the desired outcome, so (SIS-198240) was created to revert the (SIS-196419) script and recover the deleted records.
(SIS-198306): The purpose of this script is to clean up Course Master and Course data as well as convert Course Master locks to the Course Catalog. All data affected is only for Non-District Defined CampusAttributes.
The new script performs the following tasks:
Course Master Attribute Table:

- If lock = 1, convert the record to the Course Catalog Attribute table.
- If value = NULL, delete the record from Course Master Attribute table.
- If lock =1 with a value, convert the record to the Course Catalog Attribute table. Then, keep the record and update lock = 0.
- If lock = 0 with a value, no change.
- If duplicates exist, keep the first record and delete the duplicate records.
District Defined fields
- No changes made.
Custom Course Table:
State Defined fields
- If value = NULL, delete the record from Custom Course table.
- If duplicates exist, keep the first record and delete the duplicate records.

SIF – Sent Record History Duration (SIS-197634) [Enhancement]
A ‘Days to keep SIF Sent Record History records’ field has been added to the System Preferences to allow districts to set the amount of time that SIF Logs will be stored.

SIF Unity – Resync SIF Data and Export Object Viewer Results (SIS-198866) [Enhancement]
Resync functionality has been added to the SIF Person Data and Configuration Object Viewer tools to allow users to send objects outside of a trigger.
The Object Viewer in the Configuration tool has also been updated with an option to export generated results in CSV or JSON format.

In the Campus.2619 Release, the Scheduling Board was updated to allow the assignment of a Primary Teacher when right-clicking on a section. Now, a Secondary Teacher assignment can be added.
Right-click on the Section, locate the Assign Teachers and Roles section. Here, the Primary Teacher and Primary Role fields are visible. Click Add to add additional teachers to the section.
Options for Roles cannot be modified.

Add Section Student Details to Ad Hoc for State Edition (SIS-199170) [Enhancement]
State Edition users in states that use the Section Student Detail tool can now access Section Student Detail fields in Ad hoc to run reports on that data. The Section Student Detail fields will only appear in Ad hoc, not in the user interface.
This change applies to State Edition users only. This functionality was already enabled for North Carolina (NC) and Montana (MT) State Edition users.

Student Locator
Warning Added for TooManyChangesInSyncedDataException (SIS-178091)
When a user selected a match in the Student Locator Wizard, the selected record maintained the stateID even if it did not match the state record and the sync was rejected. To prevent this, a warning now appears when a user tries to save a person record with too many changes. Users can select Cancel to stop the save and review the match, or select Confirm to continue.

Immunizations Not Printing on Previous Years' Transcripts (SIS-198067)
The issue that prevented immunizations from printing on previous years’ transcripts when a student’s enrollment ended in the current year has been resolved. When selected as a display option, immunization data appears on student transcripts, whether generated via the individual student transcript report feature or the Transcript Batch Report tool.

BIE Special Ed Evaluation Updates (SIS-196842)
Several updates were made to the Special Ed Evaluation Summary Report, including:
- A new print format, Evaluation Summary Report 2026, is now available.
- A new editor, Consent Information, was added. The Consent Date, Date Consent Received by School, and Evaluation Due Date fields were moved from the Evaluation editor to the new Consent Information editor.
- The logic for auto-calculating the Evaluation Due Date was updated to 60 school days from the Date Consent Received from School date instead of 60 calendar days.
- A validation requirement was added to the Enrollment Information editor, which requires the user to refresh the editor before placing it in a Complete status.

California – CALPADS Student Discipline Behavior Updates (SIS-197930)
The following changes have been made to the CALPADS Student Discipline Behavior Extract to report a record when an incident has a restraint or seclusion, even when the event does not have a state code assigned. This update affects the Student Incident, Student Incident Results, and the Student Offense files.
Additional logic applies to the Student Offense file:
- Only state-coded events are considered an offense, but the event does not need a state code.
- A record does not report a record when the Incident Status is marked as Submitted or In Progress. Only completed incidents report.

California – CCGI Extracts- Update CDSCode (SIS-197975)
The CCGI extracts have been updated to allow districts to report their CDS Code. Previously, the CDS Code was derived from the District Number and School Number, but some districts (especially charter districts) do not follow this pattern. To address this, a new 14-character CDS Code override field has been added to School Information, allowing districts that do not follow the standard pattern to enter the CDS Code CCGI accepts.
The following reports have been updated to read from the new CDS Code override field:

Additionally, the Term Type field has been updated with new values.

A new CDS Code Override field has been added to School Information. This is a 14-character text field that districts can use to specify the CDS Code that should be reported for CCGI extracts. This is useful for districts and charter schools that do not follow the standard district number plus school number pattern.

California – ELOP Automated Process Calculation Updates (SIS-198939)
The following updates have been made to the calculation for ELOP Automated Process:
- Students who were active during the calendar but are now ended are included.
- Courses can be instructional.
- Any days from the summer school calendar are assigned to the correct year - dates up to June 30 calculate for the current school year; July 1 and after calculate for the next school year.
- All records have a start date of July 1 and an end date of June 30.
- Two non-overlapping records in the same year are now combined into one record.
- Records that go past June 30 have been updated to count in the correct calendar:
- A record for July 1, 2025 to July 15, 2026 is now two records: one record for dates July 15, 2025 to June 30, 2026; the second record for dates July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
Also included in this work is the re-addition of the Local Record ID field to the CALPADS LEA Programs extract.

Colorado – Prevent Harassment or Discrimination Updates (SIS-189786)
The following updates have been made to the Prevent Harassment or Discrimination Report:
- Report validation logic was updated to require a State Event Code of 00 in order for the report to generate successfully.
- The Investigation Time calculation logic was corrected to properly calculate as the difference between the Resolution Start Date and Resolution End Date.

Colorado – Updates to Discipline Interchange Action File (SIS-197723)
The following updates have been made to the Discipline Interchange Action File:
- Mechanical/Physical Restraint and Seclusion incidents are now excluded from the report.
- No logic changes were made for Resolution Codes 10 and 14. Due to scenarios where CDE guidance is open to interpretation, districts will continue to have flexibility in determining how these codes are reported.
- Logic for CRDC-related behavior types has been updated:
- Behavior Types 18–33 no longer trigger the creation of an additional record.
- Behavior Types 41–43 trigger the creation of an additional record with:
- The original record reports a zero-filled Discipline Action Type and Length values.
- The additional records report Behavior Type 11 with the state-mapped resolution, and all other fields report normally.
- Behavior Type 17 triggers the creation of an additional record with:
- The original record reports a zero-filled Discipline Action Type and Length values.
- The additional record reports a blank Behavior Type for district completion (values 1–16), along with the state-mapped resolution and actual action length.
- All other Behavior Types outside of 17–33 and 41–43 report normally with no additional record creation.

Colorado – Race/Ethnicity Codes Updated (SIS-197728)
The Colorado Department of Education is implementing new race codes for the 2026-27 school year. This change affects all areas of Infinite Campus, including Census and Online Registration, starting with new enrollments in May for the 2026-2027 school year.
The key updates are:
- Hispanic/Latino is no longer considered an ethnicity with a required race code, but is instead listed as a race.
- Two new race codes have been added: South Asian and Middle Eastern or North African.

Colorado – School Association Total Days Count for Abbreviated School Day (SIS-197840)
The Total Days Count for an Abbreviated School Day Schedule now correctly reports as a three digit plus one decimal point number (ex: 123.4). Previously, it was reporting as a two digit plus one number (ex: 12.3).

A new editor, Assurance of Adequate Resources, was added to the plans for reporting purposes. Delaware – Ed-Fi-Grade Indicator Update (SIS-198072)
An issue was identified in which the ‘setCurrentGradeIndicator’ element in the Grades resource reported as false even when a grading task had an in‑progress or posted grade. The reporting logic now correctly sets the indicator to true when an in‑progress score exists without a final score, and to false once a final score is posted or when no in‑progress score exists. This behavior is consistent across all grade types, including Grading Tasks, Learning Standards, post‑only grades, and grades that move from in‑progress to posted.
A resync of the Grades resource is required for this update.

Delaware – SCED Updated to Version 13 (SIS-198421)
The Delaware SCED Course ID file was updated from version 11 to version 13. The update includes changes from versions 12 and 13, including the addition of new codes and the archiving of old, unused codes. The name for code ‘01010’ was changed from ‘IB Language A (English), Middle Years Program’ to ‘IB Language and Literature, Middle Years Program’.

The Indiana Department of Education removed Diploma Types 25-31 from the achievement category descriptors. These diploma types have been deactivated and no longer display in the Postsecondary-Ready Competencies droplist under the State Reporting Graduation Fields section of the Graduation tool. This change prevents staff members from selecting these in error, which could result in Ed-Fi reporting issues.

The issue that prevented users from generating the Chronic Absenteeism Report for calendars for which they have tool rights has been resolved. Now, even if a user does not have calendar rights to all calendars in the active year, they can select all the calendars in the editor for which they have rights and generate the report without issue.

Nevada – Career Readiness Hours Value Updated (SIS-198455)
The following Career Readiness updates were applied in Nevada:

The ADE Reports tool now includes a ‘TotalADE’ row. The tool calculates TotalADE by summing all ADE values before rounding, then rounds the total to two decimal places. This total matches across the District Summary and School Detail extracts. A footnote in the reports describes this new element and how it differs from ‘ADE’.

Nevada – ADE Reports - Days In Session Miscalculation for PK Students (SIS-198862)
When a PK student’s IEP lapsed and another IEP began in that same quarter, the ‘Days In Session’ column calculated the days for both IEPs. This issue has been resolved. The ‘Days in Session’ column reports consistently across PK student records. For the identified Track and Grade Level, all calendar days marked as Instructional between quarter start and end dates are summed.

Students with multiple Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) courses triggered a “Duplicate Key” error at the state level. Reporting logic was updated to report unique ELO records. Duplicate records are removed so that only one record is reported per student per unique combination of the "Row Key" fields (School Administrative Unit Number, District Number, School Number, State Assigned Student Identifier, Date of Birth, ELO Type, ELO Primary Subject Area, and ELO Career Cluster).

North Carolina – PMR error in Batch Queue due to 50 character limit - (SIS-198668)
The character limit for school names in the database was increased from 50 to 60 characters in a previous update. However, some tables in the PMR still had a 50-character limit for school names, which was causing Batch Queue errors when running PMR.
To resolve this issue, the following change was made:

- Previously, when an eSignature was amended or overridden, the Prior Written Notice fields were editable. These fields are now read-only after amending or overriding.
- Previously, when a new Prior Written Notice record was sent to the guardian, the guardian could still view and edit old Prior Written Notice records. Now, guardians only see the current Prior Written Notice record they need to sign, but can view all records when they print the document.

Tennessee – Ed-Fi Student Section Associations Update (SIS-197082)
The trigger logic for the Student Section Associations resource has been updated to trigger correctly when a new course/section is added for a student via the Walk-In-Scheduler.
A scheduled task, Ed-Fi Service School Resync, has been created that can be scheduled to run overnight through the Task Scheduler in System Settings > System Processes > Task Scheduler. This task will only resync the service school portion of the following resources: Session, Course Offering, Section, Class Period, Grading Period, Student Section Association, and Grades. The task will run for all active configurations.
A resync on the Student Section Associations resource needs to be completed with this update.

Texas – Ed-Fi-Local Education Agencies Updated to Send Resident District (SIS-198179)
The Object Triggering logic in the Local Education Agencies resource has been updated to post only when the districtID matches the districtID in ‘campus.xml’. All other records are excluded.
A resync of the Local Education Agencies resource is required for this update.

Texas – Ed-Fi-Enrollment Tracking Verification Added (SIS-198765)
A new ‘Enrollment Tracking Verification’ dropdown field has been added to the State Reporting Fields section of the Enrollment tool in Texas. It displays the following options:
- 1: Verified
- 3: Calendar
The ‘EnrollmentTrackingVerificationDescriptor’ has been configured and mapped for the Student School Associations Ed-Fi resource. Reporting logic has been applied to report the mapped Ed-Fi code.
These changes support district participation in TEA’s Enrollment Verification pilot project. A resync of the Student School Associations resource is required for this update.
