The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for January and February 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2507 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

Large Districts Unable to Update (SIS-186484)
A script was previously released to address populating the State Code and State Name fields on the Transcript. Following this change, large districts could not update their Campus versions. The script was adjusted to run in batches to improve performance and allow districts to take version updates as needed.

Localization - BIE
BIE-Student Locator Requires State ID (SIS-184807)
Following a recent update, a State ID/UID was required when using the Student Locator Wizard to add a new student to a BIE system in North Carolina. State IDs are not required for BIE schools. The field requirement was removed from the Student Locator Wizard on BIE sites in North Carolina to align with BIE schools in other states.

BIE-State Code Name Field Removed from Transcript (SIS-185194)
Following changes released in Campus.2447, 'State Code Name' was displayed as a required field for BIE schools in North Carolina when using the New Detail option to enter new course credits on the Transcripts tool editor. 'State Code Name' is not used for Transcripts in BIE schools. The field was removed from the Transcript tool editor on BIE sites in North Carolina to align with BIE schools in other states.

North Carolina - Graduation Data Verification Report Updates (SIS-184674)
The following updates have been made to the Graduation Data Verification Report:
- A Diploma Issue Date field has been added to aid in confirming the Diploma Period (Summer, Regular, Mid-Year) is accurate. This field reports the Diploma Date for the reported diploma record entry.
- The Start Date and End Date fields have been removed from the extract editor. Logic has been modified to instead use hardcoded dates of 08/07/XX, where XX is the beginning year of the reporting enrollment, to 08/06/XX, where XX is the end year of the reporting enrollment. For example, an enrollment in the 24-25 school year would have a start date of 08/07/24 and an end date of 08/06/25.

Localization - Colorado
Colorado - Prevent Harassment or Discrimination Report (SIS-179007)
A new Prevent Harassment or Discrimination Report has been added to the Colorado Data Pipeline list of reports. This new report provides details on the total number of harassment or discrimination reports received by the school and the type of bias reported.

Kentucky Preschool Enrollment Count Report Updates (SIS-183581)
Several updates were made to the Kentucky Preschool Enrollment Count report, including:
Only one preschool service record reports per primary enrollment. When multiple records exist, the record with the most recent start date reports. When start dates are the same, the record most recently added reports.
Any duplicates on the Validation Report are now reported in Warning 2. Records on the Validation report do not display on the Detail report.

Texas-Ed-Fi-Parent Declined Not Reporting (SIS-185532)
When a student was designated as EL, but the Parent declined services, the object did not report without a mapped Ed-Fi Service. The logic was updated on the Student Language Program Associations resource to address this issue:
- Program Reference: Added hardcoded program reference for parent declined.
- Report reference to the Bilingual program if a student has the EL Service Type 'B0'.
- Report a reference to the ESL program if a student has the EL Service Type 'E0'.
- Object Triggering: Updated to report if the student has a mapped Ed-Fi Code for EL Service Type or EL Service Type = 'B0' or 'E0'.

Following changes released in Campus.2451, attempts to create student enrollments generated errors. Enrollment records were eventually created after an undetermined length of time. This issue has been resolved. Users can create student enrollment records without errors or delay.

A script has been created that will populate any missing State Course Number and Name for any transcript record that has been posted.
