Proficiency Descriptions

Proficiency results are determined by test scores entered on student assessment records. 
Following the SY2020-21 ACCESS administration, a student is considered proficient when they receive a composite score equal to or greater than 4.2, with a minimum score of 3.5 in the domains of reading, writing, and listening, and a minimum score of 1 in the speaking domain.
