The fields listed below are specific to the state of Delaware. Use the fields to enter data about the child's early learning experience.
Referral Date to CDW
Use this field to enter the date on which the child was referred to the Child Development Watch (CDW).
Date District Notified
This field is used to enter the date on which the district was notified of the child's early learning needs.
1st Year Attending KN
Enter the year in which the child will be first attending kindergarten.
Attended DE PreK within Past Year?
Use this field to indicate if the child has attended a Delaware preschool within the past year.
Year PreK Attended
This field indicates the year the child attended preschool.
County of PreK Attended
Use the drop-list to select the county in which the child attended preschool.
