OK Eligibility Tool Rights

OK Eligibility tracks student eligibility for extracurricular activities (sports, clubs) based on weekly progress grades. Students with failing grades are marked ineligible. Several tools are available for eligibility setup and eligibility reporting.

Eligibility Setup - Available Tool Rights

Eligibility Tool

Access and view the Eligibility Weekly Tool. Select an existing weekly tools and view details.	Edit existing weekly tool selections. Run the selected Weekly Tool.	Add a new Weekly Tool entry.	N/A

Eligibility Update Tool

Access and view the Eligibility Update tool.	Select tasks, calendars, teachers, sections, and students to submit modified eligiblity details.	N/A	N/A

Users need at least READ rights to the Eligibility Tool to access the Eligibility Update tool.

Calendar Setup

Access and view the Calendar Setup tool. Select an existing entry and view the Calendar Details.	N/A	Add setup details for a new calendar.	N/A

Eligibility Setup

Access and view existing Eligibility Setup records. Click the Back to Setup List button to return to the main view of Eligibility Setup.	Modify and submit existing Weekly Setup records.	Add new Weekly Setup records.	Delete Weekly Setup records.

Eligibility Templates

Access and view existing Eligibility Templates.	Modify and submit existing eligibility templates.	Add new templates.	Delete templates.

OK Eligibility Reports

The available OK Eligibility Reports only require READ rights to generate and view results. Write, Add, and Delete rights do not change the report's behavior. Review the following articles for details on what each report includes:
