Guardians receive two types of tuition payment notifications, upcoming payment or past due payment, via the Parent Portal, email, and text.
Notification Types
| Notification Type | When it generates |
|---|---|
| Upcoming Payment | The upcoming payment message will be sent seven days prior to a payment due date as a reminder. |
| Past Due Payment | The past due payment message is sent the day after the payment due date passes without payment. |
Delivery Methods
Messenger-based notifications use the guardian's Personal Contact Information email and cell phone with "General" messenger preferences checked.
