Tuition Payment Notifications

Guardians receive two types of tuition payment notifications, upcoming payment or past due payment, via the Parent Portal, email, and text.

Notification Types

Notification Type When it generates
Upcoming Payment The upcoming payment message will be sent seven days prior to a payment due date as a reminder. 
Past Due Payment The past due payment message is sent the day after the payment due date passes without payment.

Delivery Methods

Messenger-based notifications use the guardian's Personal Contact Information email and cell phone with "General" messenger preferences checked.

Method Description
Portal Notification These automatically generated notifications appear in the Notifications (bell icon) section of the Parent Portal.
Email Sent to the email setup in the Personal Contact Information of Demographics.
Text (SMS) Sent to the cell phone setup in the Personal Contact Information of Demographics.
