Account Security Preferences (Staff) - Video

The Account Security Preferences tool provides districts the ability to automatically generate user accounts for staff members. This video will cover configuring usernames and passwords. Creating rules is covered in the next video.

The Rules section allows the system to be configured to assign calendar and tool user groups to the accounts of staff members who have a specific title and/or role entered on their district assignment. In this video, we will cover how to create rules.
