Campus Instruction
Importing Standards from a CASE Server (SIS-129416) [Enhancement]
Districts now have the option of importing standards from a CASE server directly into their Standards Bank. CASE, which stands for Competencies and Academic Standards Exchange, is a specification used to share standards from states to districts. Each standard has its own CF Item ID, which is an identification number that ties a standard in the Standards Bank back to the state framework.
Standards are imported using the import wizard found in the Standards Bank. Begin by pasting a URL for a verified CASE provider, then select the creator, framework, and any other details. Some frameworks require a key and secret to be imported. Once imported, standards are available in the Standards Bank and differentiated using import icons. Frameworks can only be imported once and imported standards cannot be deleted.
Note: Only standards frameworks that adhere to the CASE specification can be imported using this tool. Not all states provide standards in this format

Standards Alignment Wizard (SIS-131339) [Enhancement]
The new Standards Alignment Wizard allows users to align standards to courses and course masters en masse. This tool greatly increases the efficiency of aligning standards compared to the process of searching for each course or master individually and adding alignments through the Standards tab. This wizard also includes the option to align a standard to all courses/masters in a calendar/catalog at once.

Updates to Advisory (SIS-133523) [Enhancement]
The Advisory tool has been updated to give teachers easier access to student assignments and grades. From the full section view of the Advisory tool:
- Click on the number of Missing or Late assignments to see a list of those assignments, sorted, by section. Click an assignment to view details.
- Click the number of Non-Passing Grades to view grades listed by section, with both posted and in-progress grades. Click the row to view a list of assignments contributing to that grade, if available, or the blue 'i' icon to view the grading scale.
- In districts using Early Warning, click the student's GRAD score to view more information, as shown on the student's Early Warning tab.
The eye icon on each row filters the view to just that student, suitable for using in 1:1 student conferences.
Access the existing student details screen by clicking the student's name.

Campus Instruction Reports (SIS-133896) [Enhancement]
The Campus Instruction reports have been updated to be accessible in the new look and feel of Campus. This change includes removing the tool that collects all of the reports, in favor of the navigation options available in the new style. Only users who have turned on the new navigation will see this change.
A change has also been made to the tool rights for the new Roster report, which affects all users. Teachers who previously had rights to the Roster have been given the following tool rights: the main Reports tool right, the subright to the group of Roster reports, and rights to the Roster report itself.

Ed-Fi – Bug Fixes, UI Updates, Performance Updates and Additional 2.0 Resources (SIS-133389)
The following bug fixes have been made to the v2.0 and v3.1 resources for the Core Ed-Fi solution:
- Resync errors on the Student School Association, Student Section Association, Course Transcripts, and Grades resources have been fixed.
- The Discipline Action resource has been updated to not report if the Resolution Start Date is blank.
- The Student Education Organization Association resource has been updated to report the PO Box in front of the number.
- Special characters that were in a Key/Secret were being converted upon saving, making the connection validation invalid. This issue has been corrected.
- All dependent attendance data is now removed if the Student Section Association is deleted.
The following UI updates have been made:
- Page loading indicators have been added to display when pages are loading.
- The Session Overrides have been updated to filter on Active and Inactive courses.
- The Resync tool has been updated to not lock resources when a resync is performed on an individual person.

New Credit Card Upload Tool for P-Card Purchases (SIS-125763) [Enhancement]
The Credit Card Upload tool creates invoices and payment records from credit card statements. This tool can use CSV or OFX files and allows you to choose which Payments/Returns you want to include or exclude in the upload to Infinite Campus. The Credit Card Upload tool can also create a manual payment record in the Payment Register if the credit card statement was already paid. Update for Posting Invoices to Correct Period (SIS-134035)
When an invoice was created with a post date in an open period but posted after the period was closed for AP and still open for GL, the General Ledger process was using a post date in the first open period for AP. This issue was corrected and the journal entry now uses the post date from the invoice.

- Users with RWAD rights to AP Batches could not create a batch. This issue was corrected.

New E-Check Service Fee Option (SIS-130786) [Enhancement]
Districts may now set up a Card Service Fee and an E-Check Service Fee. Previously, there was only one service fee for all payment types. Now, the service fee can be different for credit cards and e-checks. As part of this change, Infinite Campus will use the district's current Service Fee as the new Card Service Fee and E-Check Service Fee.
Previously, service fees for recurring payments could be displayed as a percent. Now, the service fee is always presented to the payer as a flat amount.

Recurring Payments Report (SIS-134141) [Enhancement]
A new report called "Recurring Payments Report" was added for districts who use online payments. The Recurring Payments Report provides a summary view of all active recurring payments set up in Infinite Campus as of the current date. As part of this case, a new option to group report results by specific columns was added to the Payments Reporter.

A new system preference called Record Transfer Enrollment Type(s) has been added to State Editions of Infinite Campus. This new preference allows users to determine which district to send a Records Transfer request to based on the enrollment type of the student’s most recent enrollment record(s).
For example, if this field is set to ‘Primary (P) OR Special Ed (N)’ and the student has a Primary enrollment in District A and a more recent Special Ed enrollment record in District B, District B would be sent the enrollment record request.

The following modifications and bug fixes have been made to the Student Schedule and Walk-In Scheduler:
- Sections spanning two periods are no longer split back into two cells after a drop/add, when the drop/add filter is off.

A BIE CEIS (Coordinated Early Intervening Services) tab has been created to track the intervening services being provided for BIE School identified “At Risk” students. At the beginning of each school year, BIE schools will evaluate every student, including those previously identified "At Risk," to determine eligibility for BIE CEIS intervening services. If a student is identified as “At Risk” and they do not qualify to receive Special Education Services, the intervening programs they are placed on are then tracked for a minimum of two years on the BIE CEIS tab.

Kansas KIDS Collection - Logic for School Entry/District Entry/State Entry (SIS-133591)
Logic for reporting the School Entry Date, District Entry Date and State Entry Date has been modified for students who end enrollment and return. The reported date - either the Current Enrollment Start Date or the Previous Enrollment Start Date - is dependent on the End Status assigned to the enrollment. See the article below for a list of End Statuses that indicate what date reports.
In addition, Enrollment End Statuses for private school have been updated.
- 4: Transfer to an accredited private school in Kansas
- 4a: Transfer to an accredited private school in other state
- 5: Transfer to a non-accredited school in Kansas
- 5a: Transfer to a non-accredited school in other state
Codes 4a and 5a report as 4 and 5, respectively. This breakout allows reporting of the correct date for the School Entry, District Entry and State Entry logic.
Also, the SMSC Extract and QERY Extract no longer reports a value for First Instructional Date.

Kentucky
Kentucky – Duration in School Days Logic Update and Resolution Length Calculation Tool Created (SIS-129034) [Enhancement]
The Duration in School Days field has been modified as follows:
- The field will now auto-populate to the hundredth as soon as a Resolution End Time is entered on a behavior resolution. This value is calculated as follows:
- The field will calculate Duration in School Days to the hundredth of the Standard Day Minutes.
- Resolutions that span multiple days will calculate the amount missed per day and sum the totals together.
- Resolution minutes need to be calculated per day for the calendar in which the resolution takes place. Standard Day Minutes can vary on different days.
- Resolutions that extend beyond the calendar will only calculate Duration in School Days through the end of the calendar.
- A Resolution End Time of blank is assumed to be 12:00 A.M.
- Duration in School Days is read only and there is not an option to adjust this value manually.
A new Resolution Length Calculation Tool has been created. This tool allows you to manually recalculate the Duration in School Days value for all resolutions impacted by a change in the calendar after the resolution was created.
Existing 2019-2020 Behavior Resolutions will be converted to have the Duration in School Days value populated for resolutions that have a Resolution End Time populated. Behavior records prior to 2019-2020 can be converted/recalculated by using the Resolution Length Calculation Tool.
The Duration in School Days field will sync to the Kentucky State Edition. A DIS sync will be triggered when:
- A state-mapped Event or Resolution is saved.
- The state resyncs Behavior data.

Massachusetts – SIF ZIAgent Record Deleter Tool Now Available (SIS-131821)
The SIF ZIAgent Record Deleter tool is now available. This tool allows you to delete specific SIF records in an effort to assist in cleaning up troublesome data such as orphaned records and records that were supposed to be excluded but were erroneously sent.
Note: This tool should not be used to mass delete records. The deletion process is intensive and takes time to complete which could cause issues if a mass deletion is executed and SIF change events are sent while this tool is still processing the request. This tool should not be used to remove students who should no longer report SIF data. These students should go through the proper process of being end dated or deleted from Campus.
