Performance Issue from learnerPlanning.TeamList-getTeachers (SIS-202084)
A performance issue in the TeamList query has been resolved for tools with the Get Teachers function. The query has been rewritten to improve consistency and efficiency by ensuring proper joins on trial IDs and removing legacy teacher views. Tools impacted included Counseling Team Members, PLP Team Members, RTI Team Members, and Special Ed Team Members.

Student picture mass upload fails (SIS-203350)
Mass student picture uploads no longer fail partway through the import process when using network storage. The system now correctly manages file connections during bulk imports, ensuring that all images are processed successfully without interruption.
This update also resolves an issue where existing student pictures became unreadable or failed to display after an upload attempt. Student images now remain accessible and visible across the application following mass upload activities.

Enrollment
Auto-end Overlapping Primary Enrollment End Date Correction (SIS-202432)
Customers for which Auto-end Overlapping Primary Enrollment is enabled reported that an incorrect end date was being set when a student’s new enrollment start date preceded the first instructional date of the new calendar, resulting in overlapping enrollments. This is because the previous auto-end logic defaulted to the first instructional day of the calendar.
The logic now uses the day before the new enrollment start date for the old end date unless that date falls before the original enrollment start. This change ensures the end date remains within the calendar and prevents overlaps. If an enrollment is ended on the same day it starts, existing logic automatically marks the enrollment as a no-show.

Firefox Print Function Not Working in Enrollment (SIS-203262)
A Firefox issue with the print functionality on the Enrollment screen was identified for both State Edition and District and Limited MT Edition. The print functionality on the Enrollment screen now generates formatting and content as expected when using the Firefox browser.

Program Participation
2025-26 CRDC Federal Updates (SIS-202650)
Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) tooling has been updated to produce the 2025-26 extract file based on the latest U.S. Department of Education specifications. District users can now extract data housed within the Infinite Campus SIS to generate the flat file required for the 2025-26 CRDC report. These updates ensure that data points are correctly mapped and information is accurately extracted for the submission window opening in December 2026.

Programs - User Interface, Federal/State Program Updater, and Reports issues (SIS-202846)
Miscellaneous issues related to the User Interface, Federal/State Program Updater, and reports for some programs have been identified and fixed for customers in various states.
User Interface:
•Career Readiness (KY): District Defined Elements section was not rendering on the detail page. This has been corrected.
Federal/State Program Updater:
•ELO (CA): State Course Code dropdown was empty. This has been corrected so that course codes display in the dropdown.
•Migrant Eligibility (CA and other enabled states): The From State/To State/From Country dropdown field widths were too narrow. Field widths have been expanded.
•Early Targeted Interventions (MT): The Methodology Tool dropdown field width was too narrow. Field widths have been expanded.
Reports:
•Title I Part A (MT and other enabled states): The report was displaying "Title 1" when generated. This has been corrected to display "Title I".
•Migrant Enrollment (CA and other enabled states): Migrant Eligibility ID was displaying as a raw ID number in the report. This has been corrected so that it displays as a date range.

Section Information Reset Button functionality (SIS-194259)
The Reset button in Section Information now correctly reverts unsaved changes for all fields, including Section Schedule Placement checkboxes and maximum student counts. A message now appears to confirm the reset action has occurred.

Course Registration Error for Scheduling Units (SIS-197590)
Course Registration in the Student Portal no longer throws an error when a course contains more than 255 Scheduling Units. Students can now successfully add courses regardless of the number of terms, schedules, and periods associated with the record.

Section Student Detail error (SIS-199092)
An error no longer occurs when creating a new record on the Section Student Detail screen for a student who already has an end-dated record. Users can now successfully save new records in this tool without encountering overlap check failures.

Scheduling Board - Primary Teacher assignment (SIS-201155)
The Primary Teacher for a section could not be assigned in the Scheduling Board. This occurred when the teacher had already been assigned to another section viewed during the same session. This has been corrected. Users can now assign teachers to multiple sections as expected without restarting the scheduling trial.

Cross-Site Enrollment - Incorrect Section date (SIS-202376)
Section dates in Cross’s time zone differed from the server time zone. This has been corrected.

Walk-in Scheduler - Modified By (SIS-202480)
The Walk-in Scheduler now correctly updates the Modified By stamp when a course section is dropped. Previously, dropped roster records displayed the timestamp of the user who originally created the record, rather than the user who made the modification. Both the new and dropped roster records now reflect the most recent user and time of modification.

Walk-in Scheduler – Previous student name display in full-screen mode (SIS-202510)
The Walk-In Scheduler now correctly updates the student name when navigating between students. Previously, the name of a student viewed in full-screen mode would persist after exiting full-screen mode and selecting a different student.

Cross-Site Enrollment - End dates visible for dropped courses (SIS-203051)
Dropped Cross-Site Enrollment courses now display a drop date in the Schedule Term View and the Walk-In Scheduler. The Dropped Courses filter also correctly applies to these courses, allowing users to identify dropped enrollments without selecting individual cells.

Course Management - Field Default and Description Lock (SIS-203073)
The Course Management tool in State Edition now accurately reflects database values for the Attendance and Transcript fields. Previously, these fields incorrectly defaulted to checked in the user interface even when they were unchecked in the database. Additionally, clearing the Description field now saves it as null, ensuring the field remains editable when pushed to districts.

Cross-Site Enrollment - In-progress grade syncing for interdistrict courses (SIS-203187)
The cross-district enrollment sync has been updated to handle duplicate roster records more gracefully. This ensures that grade syncing between serving and home districts continues even when a roster conflict occurs, preventing in-progress grades from failing to update at the home school.

Billing Statement duplicates (SIS-203307)
Resolved an issue where some students were showing duplicate entries in the Billing Statement results.

The POS Account Advanced Search now correctly displays the patron's PIN number in the search results index. Arizona – Ed Fi - Student Homeless Program Associations sending End Date incorrectly (SIS-203091)
Logic for reporting the end date on Student Homeless Program Associations has been updated to send the earliest date between the Homeless Program End Date and the Enrollment End Date. If neither date is present, the end date is excluded from the record. For students with a chain of enrollments, the end date from the last enrollment in the chain is used. This resolves validation errors where the last instructional day of the calendar was incorrectly reported as the program end date.
A resync of the Student Homeless Program Associations resource is required for this update.

California – Attendance Recovery Day Used Update (SIS-202613)
Users can now mark full days used for attendance recovery at the student and day level. This allows students to earn back Average Daily Attendance (ADA) by tracking recovery at the day level rather than the period level.
- When adding a new attendance record for the student, a new Attendance Recovery Used Day checkbox displays after the list of periods. When marked, students can earn back ADA through Attendance Recovery.
- On the main view of the Student Attendance tool, the Attendance Recovery Day field displays for the date of absence, indicating that an Attendance Recovery Day was used for that record (e.g., the checkbox was marked).
This data is also available for reporting within the Query Wizard within Student > Attendance > Attendance Day Person.

Staff Assignment was also updated to report the recently updated list of Non-Classroom Support Codes.
Staff Demographics was also updated to correctly report staff with District Assignment Types of 13 and 14 when a Previous Submission Date is entered on the report editor. Note that district assignments with an end date on the Previous Submission Date are no longer included in the extract.

The CALPADS Course Section extract has been updated to correctly report teacher job class codes.
Previously, the report included only sections associated with a Teacher Type 27 assignment. The report now also evaluates the Itinerant Teacher Assignment and Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher Assignment fields in Section Information when set to Yes.
For compatibility and historical reporting support, the report continues to check for Teacher Type 27 assignments as part of the reporting logic.

The following fields are now read-only on the Missouri Enrollments tool. The Ad hoc fields were also deprecated for these fields:

Data migration to the Title Funded Programs tool was also done for students with existing Enrollment records with these fields:
- New Title III Program records were created when the student does not have a Title III Funded program record that overlaps with a qualifying Enrollment with Immigrant, Title III Immigrant, or Title III EL data AND either Immigrant, Title III Immigrant, or Title III EL is not null on Enrollment.
- When the student has multiple Enrollments, the P: Primary Enrollment is considered first, then the N: Special Ed Enrollment, then the S: Partial Enrollment.
- When there are multiple Primary Enrollments, the Enrollment with the most recent End Date is migrated. When the Enrollment End Dates match, the one with the most recent Start Date is converted. When both the Start and End Dates match, the Enrollment with the highest Enrollment ID is migrated.
The MOSIS Student Core was also updated so the Race/Ethnicity data element is now RaceEthnicity. The report was also updated to report from the Title Funded records, then the Enrollment record when no Title Funded record exists.

Enhanced Zero-Result Messaging
New validation messages have been added to help users understand why an LCS report returns no results.
- When a school is not required to submit a report because it does not meet LCS reporting population requirements, the system now displays a message indicating that the school is not required to submit the selected snapshot.
- Messaging has also been added for the K-3 Class Size Average Report when a school does not offer grades K-3.
K-3 Class Size Average Reporting
Schools that offer grades K-3 are now able to complete an official K-3 Class Size Average submission even when no reportable sections qualify for reporting. In these cases, the report can be submitted with Class Size Average data elements set to zero rather than preventing submission.
Program Enhancement Teachers Reporting
Schools can now complete an official Program Enhancement Teachers submission when no courses or sections qualify for reporting. When no reportable Program Enhancement Teacher records exist, the report may still be submitted with the applicable Program Enhancement Teacher data elements left blank.

Updates have been made to first-day attendance validation logic and PMR reporting to improve identification of students who are absent on their first instructional day of enrollment and to align validation processing with current reporting standards.
First Day Attendance Logic Updates
- Logic has been updated to evaluate a student's first instructional day of enrollment rather than the enrollment start date when the start date falls on a non-instructional day.
- Students whose enrollment begins on a non-instructional day (such as a weekend) are now evaluated based on their first actual instructional day.
- An Enrollment Start Date column has been added to the report layout.
- The First Instructional Day value now displays the first instructional day of enrollment rather than the enrollment start date.
FATAL-26 Validation Updates
- FATAL-26 validation functionality has been resotred; the previous WARN-06 behavior has been retired.
- FATAL-26 has been updated to use the same reporting population and attendance calculation logic as the PMR Student Day Detail report. The description now reads "Students who are marked absent for more than 50% of the instructional minutes on the first date of their enrollment."
- Students identified as either Absent Att. or Absent Sch. for more than 50% of instructional minutes on their first instructional day of enrollment are now flagged.
Report Layout Updates
- The Student Name field is now two separate columns: Last Name and First Name.
- The Student Day field is now Instructional Minutes.
- The Absent Minutes field is now Present Minutes.
- The Percent Absent field is now Percent Present.

North Carolina – PMR Validation Performance Improvements (SIS-202673)
Performance for the Principal's Monthly Report validations has been optimized to reduce processing time and prevent errors in large districts. Additional tuning has been done for the following FATALs to ensure reports complete successfully within the batch queue:

The reporting population for FATAL-06 now references standard reporting population functions and a bug in FATAL-13 that caused failures when selecting a large number of calendars has been resolved.

When selecting Review on a previously submitted PMR Summary, the original submission verification information was overwritten in both District Edition and State Edition. This has been corrected.
Additionally, State Edition PMR Summary behavior has been updated so the Generate button is unavailable, and the Review option displays a combined PMR Summary for all districts/calendars that have submitted data for the selected school month without listing districts or calendars that have not completed submission.

An issue that prevented the Generate, Review, and Submit Verification actions from being available for the PMR Summary Report when the district database contained more than 2,100 calendars has been resolved. Users can now generate, review, and submit PMR Summary reports based on the selected school month and submission window, regardless of the total number of calendars in the database.

The PMR Summary Extract now includes Submitted By and Submitted Timestamp fields to provide greater visibility into the submission process by capturing who officially submitted a PMR Summary and when the submission occurred.
When users select Submit Verification, the user who submitted the PMR Summary and the date and time it was submitted are captured. Submission details are stored and retained with the PMR Summary record for audit and reporting purposes.
The following updates have also been made to the report layout:
- Verified By is now Reviewed By
- Verified Time is now Reviewed Time
To improve readability, the following audit-related fields have been moved to the far right side of the extract output:
- Generated By, Generated Time

North Carolina – Updates to initiating the PMR Report (SIS-203811)
Users are no longer permitted to initiate the same PMR report configuration more than once while a previous request is still processing, pending, or queued in the Batch Queue. Action buttons are disabled until the current report generation completes or returns an error. This improves system performance and prevents the Batch Queue from becoming overloaded with duplicate report requests.

North Carolina – PMR Summary and GRS Summary Submission Update (SIS-203825)
Updates have been made to the PMR Summary and GRS Summary submission process to improve accuracy and reliability. If a problem occurs during data sync to State Edition, the submission is reversed, and an error message is displayed to the user.
The batch synchronization process has also been updated to send only records marked as submitted to State Edition. This prevents records that have not yet been approved from being included during resynchronization.

North Dakota – Special Ed Documents Student Records Transfer and State Edition sync updates (SIS-202306)
The logic for sending North Dakota Special Ed Documents via the Student Records Transfer process was updated:
- The most recent Evaluation, based on the Created By timestamp, is sent as an editable document, regardless of its locked or unlocked status. Unlocked Evaluations are sent as editable documents only when they are the most recent Evaluation.
- All other Evaluations are still sent as PDFs.
Also, with this update, unlocked Evaluations now sync to the state upon save.

- On the Evaluation, the data entered in the Student Profile editor now prints with both the Student Profile and Assessment Plan sections. This update was applied to the existing ND Evaluation 2026 print format.
- On both the printed IEP, ISP, and Evaluation, the Special Ed Unit Name now displays in the headers.
- An issue where the School Name field on the Consent for Evaluation was not printing the correct name was fixed.

- Some verbiage on the IEP > Notice of Meeting editor was removed.

- An issue where the Standards on the IEP > Annual Goals and Objectives editor were causing problems when the selected standard exceeded the field character limit was fixed.
- An issue with Standards over 250 characters on the IEP > Annual Goals and Objectives editor was fixed.
- The character limit on the Specify Other field on the Evaluation > Notice of Meeting editor was increased to 500 characters.
- An issue in which the incorrect Meeting Purpose was displaying on the Evaluation > Notice of Meeting editor was fixed.
- An issue in which the "Anticipated Month and Year of Graduation" field on the Special Education Summary tool was not pulling in the date from the IEP > Graduation Information editor was fixed.

Pennsylvania – Immunization rules updates (SIS-203070)
Several updates were made to Pennsylvania's vaccine compliance rules:
- The following vaccines were marked as live vaccines: MMR, MMRV, Varicella, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. Marking them as live vaccines applies the logic for live vaccines. Live vaccines must be given on the same day or 28 days apart, with no grace period.
- An end date of 04/01/2016 was added to the OPV vaccine dose for the Polio Attending Student compliance rule.

Rhode Island – Enrollment Census Attendance Report updates (SIS-201250)
The Enrollment Census Attendance Report has been updated as follows:
- Attendance code grouping and reporting logic has been updated for Present, Absent, Tardy, Early Dismissal, and Attendance Not Required attendance codes.
- The 1A attendance code is now treated the same as a blank attendance code for reporting purposes. Records are not generated when only 1A or blank attendance codes exist for a reporting period.
- A new MET_MINUTES_REQ field has been added to the report layout. Values are determined using reported attendance records, Group 5 attendance codes, and instructional minutes criteria. This field returns:
- Y when instructional minute requirements are met
- N when instructional minute requirements are not met
- NA when instructional minute requirements do not apply
- Reporting logic now relies on the attendance data entered by administrators. Incorrect or incomplete attendance codes are reported as entered and are not automatically converted or corrected during reporting.
To support accurate reporting of historical attendance records, a one-time script to update attendance excuse records is included with this release. Attendance excuse records are updated when:
- The attendance excuse State Code is blank.
- The selected local attendance code matches an existing code in the attendance excuse State Code dictionary.
This update aligns older rolled-calendar attendance excuse records with current reporting requirements while preserving existing reporting behavior.
Example: If the local attendance code 2B is selected and the State Code is blank, an attendance code of 2B is automatically assigned when a matching State Dictionary entry exists.
