The following corrections are included in Rx Packs for November and December 2025. Rx Packs contain a small number of critical cases to fix urgent issues, with delivery in an immediate time frame (e.g., the fix cannot wait for the next four-week Release Pack).
It is recommended that customers apply all subsequent Release Packs immediately following Rx Packs. Doing so will benefit both customers and Infinite Campus when it comes to supporting the patch.
Rx Packs are cumulative; each Rx pack will automatically include all previous Rx packs within that release. These cases will also be included in the Campus.2551 pack unless otherwise noted. Rx Packs may occasionally skip a release number for Rx builds that were not made generally available.

The AZ extension array has been updated on every Ed-Fi resource to match state documentation. This has corrected an issue in the Ed-Fi Data tab where the extension array was getting duplicated on the Campus side. This also corrected an issue with reporting mainSPEDSchool on Student Special Education Program Associations. A resync of the Student Special Education Program Associations resource is required.
An issue with reporting azTribalAffiliations has been corrected in Student Education Organization Associations for SY 25-26 and beyond. A resync of the Student Education Organization Associations resource is required.

California - Monthly Attendance Register - Attendance Recovery Dates Applied to Incorrect Dates (SIS-194869)
Attendance Recovery (AR) dates were incorrectly applied to attendance dates on the Monthly Attendance Register (MAR) report. The report was not accurately reflecting the start and end dates from students' Program Service records for Attendance Recovery. This issue has been corrected.
Additionally, the Monthly Attendance Register has been updated to show a "-" for present days as expected. The Extract Type field has also been removed from the Report Editor for both MAR and MAS; only one version of the report is available now.

SSO Users Prompted for Email Code Without Receiving Email (SIS-194845)
An issue has been identified where Single Sign-On (SSO) users are being prompted to enter a multi-factor authentication (MFA) email code during login, but are not receiving the email containing the code. This prevents SSO users from successfully logging in when email-based MFA is enabled.

Dependent Care Program Financial Report Update (SIS-194580)
An issue preventing discounts and credits from displaying as a negative number on the Program Financial Activity report has been corrected. The report has also been updated to display the calculated charge amount instead of the adjusted charge amount.
Charge adjustments now display as follows:
- show all charges as they were first created, along with the date they are created
- show all charge adjustments as well
- show them as a negative
- show name of charge adjustment as it shows on the UI; "Adjust [Date of original Charge] [Charge Name]"

Localization - Arizona
Arizona - Student Education Organization Association Resource (SIS-194095)
The Student Education Organization Association (SEOA) Resource now correctly identifies and sends the proper District Entity ID when using a multi-configuration connection. Previously, the system was using a single District Entity ID for all connections, which caused sync errors and 403 errors for some students.
Certain students may still receive a 409: Identifying Values Are Not Unique or 404: Not Found error in the Ed-Fi Error Log. This will be addressed in a future update. These errors can be ignored and archived. They do NOT prevent the accurate records from reporting.

North Carolina - LCS Class Size Violations Report Logic (SIS-194485)
In a previous release, logic for the LCS Class Size Violations Report was incorrectly updated for the Over PSU Wide Maximum Average and Over Individual Class Size Maximum Violation Types. This has been reverted to its previous state and aligns with state requirements, as follows:
Over the PSU-wide maximum average
- Kindergarten - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 18
- Grade 1 - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 16
- Grade 2 - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 17
- Grade 3 - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 17
Over the Individual Class Size Maximum
- Kindergarten - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 21
- Grade 1 - Student Count divided by Teacher Count is over 19

North Carolina - AIG Reports Modified for Charter Schools (SIS-193879)
The Academically or Intellectually Gifted (AIG) reports have been updated to include all regular Public School Units (PSUs) and only those charter schools that have the Local AIG Plan checkbox selected. This modification applies to all AIG Fall and Spring Headcount Detail and Summary reports.
Previously, the reports used a hard-coded list for charter schools. The new logic replaces this list, ensuring more accurate reporting based on current data.
