Both students and parents can access and view information on Cross-Site Courses through the Campus Student and Campus Parent Portals. No specific Display Option is needed for Cross-Site Enrollment information; as long as a Template is created and assigned to a calendar, Cross-Site Course information is visible to both students and parents.
- For Intradistrict Cross-Site Enrollment, parents and students use their current portal account and login information to access portal information for their Home School and Serving School enrollment.
- For Interdistrict Cross-Site Enrollment participation, parents and students are automatically assigned a second portal account with unique login information upon enrollment in the Serving School district. Accounts can be linked to a single login if desired (and available); see the Link Campus Student/Parent Accounts article for more information.
Cross-Site enrollment records, courses, attendance, grades, etc., display with a blue indicator throughout the portal.

The image below shows the Campus Student Home page where a student is enrolled in two schools in two districts (INTERdistrict). For this option, the student has multiple Campus Student accounts - one for their home school/district (first image) and one for their serving school/district (second image).

Student Portal Serving School LoginAs soon as the Interdistrict Cross-Site Enrollment Course is added to the student's schedule, a new account is created for both the parent and the student. The username for the serving school account is the same as the one for the home school account, but is appended with CDE (Cross District Enrollment).
