OH Extracts	The OH Extracts is composed of many separate reports which collect a variety of student data. Ohio Pre-Identification Extract	The Pre-ID Extract is used to identify students for testing purposes.
EMIS Cross Enrollment Report	The EMIS Cross Enrollment Report can be used to audit the data of other districts for students with resident district relationships that receive instruction or services outside the district they would normally attend.
SSID Extract	The SSID Extract collects basic student data for submission to the state department of education, or list students who do not have SSIDs.
SSID Import	The SSID Import is used to import student data files from the state department of education into Campus.
KRA PreID Files	The KRA PreID Files report teacher, student, and enrollment data related to the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment.
PreID 2014 Extract	The Pre-ID 2014 Extract is used to submit student Pre-ID information for Science and Social Studies Tests and the Alternate Assessment for Student with Significant Cognitive Disabilities (AASCD).
ACT PreID	The ACT PreID extract generates PreIDs for students taking the ACT assessment on paper or online.
SAT PreID	The SAT PreID extract generates PreIDs for students taking the SAT assessment or a PSAT assessment. All 11th grade students in Ohio are required to take the SAT test.
HB410 Student Truancy Extract	The HB410 Student Truancy extract reports student who meet thresholds of truancy or excessive absence as defined by HB 410.
Highly Qualified Staff Report	The Highly Qualified Staff Report generates data about staff members, indicating which ones meet requirements to be considered Highly Qualified.
