The Advanced Attendance and Appointments toolset is a custom tool available only to districts that purchase it. The Advanced Attendance and Appointments toolset is part of the Campus Workflow Suite.
Release notes provide applicable personnel the ability to review enhancements, modifications, and corrections included in a release pack prior to accepting an update. It is recommended that users review the release notes carefully and notify the appropriate district staff of any changes to the product.
The Advanced Attendance and Appointments Release Notes describe the changes included in the release pack that may impact users who use the Advanced Attendance and Appointments tools as add-on functionality to their existing student information system.

- Added the ability for parents to upload a document to an absence request even after it has been submitted or processed. This puts the absence request back into a Submitted status so districts can review the document and make changes to the attendance as needed. (CDP-4114)
- The Document Upload checkbox in District Wide Scanner Settings has changed to a droplist (with added tooltip) to clarify its functionality. NOTE: If document upload is marked as required, the parent must upload a document at the time of submission. If documents can be uploaded after the request has been made, be sure to mark document upload for the absence request as optional. (CDP-4114)

Advanced Attendance and Appointments Version 2.5.52 (1/9/2026)

Fixes
- Added a Single Sign-On (SSO) logout step when launching a kiosk. This logs the user out of their single sign-on account prior to launching the kiosk. It is still recommended to launch kiosks with a non-single sign-on user if possible. (CDP-4096)
