Student Program Interchange represents any program designed to work in conjunction with or to supplement the main academic program. Programs may provide instruction, training, services or benefits through federal, state, or local agencies. Programs may also include organized extracurricular activities for students.

  • Only enrollment records overlapping at least one instructional day will be considered for reporting.
  • Students with an As of Status = A, C, E, or G will not report for any submission.

  • If all ADA records for the reporting enrollment contain an ADA Eligibility of 0 or blank, then a record does not report.

Submission 4 Only

  • Special Education students must have
    • an active and locked IEP that overlaps the enrollment by at least one day.
    • a value in ESY Instructional Setting 1 on the Extended School Year (ESY) services editor on the IEP.

SELA

  • Students report if:
    • student is 8 years of age or younger on September 1st of the current school year 
    • student has an active and locked IEP as some point during the reporting period with an active disability of:
      • 05 Deaf Blind  OR 
      • 03 Auditory Impairment
    • student is not marked as State Exclude

Child Find (CF)

Student:

  • Student must have an enrollment and be 21 years of age or younger on September 1st in the current school year.
  • Student must have an active and locked IEP at some point during the reporting period with a SPED Eligibility Determination Date on or between July 1st and June 30th of the given school year.

This option allows you to select the specific school(s) to include in the report.

PopulationThis option allows you to limit report results to Unique IDs. The Unique ID option only considers students with a Unique ID. The All option considers all students.
Ad Hoc FilterSelect an Ad Hoc filter to limit report results to those that meet filter requirements.

Report Generation

The report can be marked to generate immediately using the Generate Extract button or can be marked to generate at a later time using the Submit to Batch button. See the Batch Queue article for additional guidance.

ECDS ONLY - 'StudentProgramExtension' complex type reports as complex type 'StudentProgramAssociation'. 

To be considered for leaver calculations, students who "left" school between last year and this year (including graduates) must have a prior year enrollment that encompasses at least one instructional day.

If the As of Status Code is A, C, E, or G, this complex type does not report.
