Arizona Ed-Fi Data - v3.5 | Infinite Campus

This article defines all of the elements of data sent per entity between Campus and the Ed-Fi system.

All data sends if there is a valid configuration and the resource is mapped, if needed, and toggled on. However, a resync needs to be done on a resource after turning it on or when a mapping has changed.
Data in schools and calendars marked as Exclude will not send data to Ed-Fi.
- If calendar or school excludes are checked after data is sent, all sent data will remain and the Delete tool will need to be used to remove data.
Person-related records do not trigger a send of data to Ed-Fi if the person does not have an Ed-Fi ID value assigned.
Ed-Fi ignores custom field data entered in Campus.
