State to District Login (Kentucky)

Tool Search: State to District Login

The State to District Login tool allows users with specific user group rights to seamlessly log into a district's Campus site (as themselves) using a preconfigured SSO connection.

Before you start

  • Only State Edition users assigned to the KDEAdmin, KDEAudit, and/or KDEHealth user groups can successfully log in to a district using this tool. Assigning tool rights to a user alone will not suffice.
    • The reason these user groups control a user's ability to log into a district is that this allows the district to tailor the tool rights assigned to the user groups, which in turn control what a State Edition user can or cannot access.
  • At the district level, districts can disable the State Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, which would prevent State Edition users from logging into the district.

Log in to a district's site

  1. Select the District to Login
  2. Select the User Group you are using to log into the district site.
    • Only user groups to which you are a member will appear in the list. Only the KDEAdmin, KDEAudit, and KDEHealth user groups are permitted for use with this tool.
  3. Click Login. You will be automatically redirected and logged into the district's Campus site.

Districts control what tool rights are assigned to their KDEAdmin, KDEAudit, and KDEHealth user groups, so tool and information access may vary from district to district.

If you are unable to log in to a district, it may have disabled its State SSO login configuration or removed the State to District Login tool from a user group.
