Reports the value in the field for each ecoRatingTypeDescriptor listed below.

ecoRatingTypeDescriptor
The type of ECO metric being rated.
Each ECO indicator field corresponds to a TypeDescriptor.
When ECO Entry Indicator 1 has a value and ECSE Entry Date is within the active year, reports Entry Positive Social-Emotional Skills.
When ECO Entry Indicator 2 has a value and ECSE Entry Date is within the active year, reports Entry Acquisition and Use of Knowledge and Skills.
When ECO Entry Indicator 3has a value and ECSE Entry Date is within the active year, reports Entry Use of Appropriate Behaviors to Meet Needs
When ECO Exit Indicator 1 has a value and ECSE Exit Date is within the active year, reports Exit Positive Social-Emotional Skills.
When ECO Exit Indicator 2 has a value and ECSE Exit Date is within the active year, reports Exit Acquisition and Use of Knowledge and Skills.
