This association represents the ECO program that a student participates in. The association is an extension of the Student Program Association particular for ECO programs.

Object Triggering

Action	Business Rules
Post	When the student has an enrollment with an ECSE Entry Date that is within the configured year. Does not send a record when the Calendar Exclude checkbox is marked in the calendar the student is enrolled in. Does not send records when the School Exclude checkbox is marked in the calendar the student is enrolled in. Does not send records when the No Show checkbox is marked.
Delete/Post	When any field part of the natural key is changed: Student Ed-Fi ID ECSE Entry Date
Delete	When the ECSE Entry Date is deleted or is outside the configured year. When the Enrollment Start/End Dates are changed and the record no longer overlaps the configured year.

Scope Year

Evaluations records only send to the school year to which they are aligned.
Data only sends for the years that have a valid configuration.

When ECO Entry Indicator 2 has a value and ECSE Entry Date is within the active year, reports Entry Acquisition and Use of Knowledge and Skills.
When ECO Entry Indicator 3has a value and ECSE Entry Date is within the active year, reports Entry Use of Appropriate Behaviors to Meet Needs
