General Academic Program Setup
This multi-part video demonstrates how to create an academic program in Infinite Campus so that it can be assigned to students. Hover over the timeline to see the chapter information. Each chapter has a black mark located along the timeline.
Automatic Assignment Option
Schools may choose to make existing or new Academic Programs eligible for Automatic Assignment by:
- Checking the Include in Automatic Assignment box on the Academic Program Detail
- Ensuring the course and compound course configurations are complete for the Academic Program
- Using the Batch Assignment tool to run the autoassign process for that program.
When the Batch Assignment process is run on programs included in Automatic Assignment, students actively enrolled in courses that have had their course and compound course configurations set in those programs will be assigned to them as participants. It is possible for a student to be a participant in multiple Academic Programs
