Report Population
One record per staff with at least one active District Employment record on or between 7/1 and 6/30 of the reporting year selected reports. The most recent record reports for staff with multiple District Employment records.
Report Logic
The report can be run for the active year as well as prior years and includes District Editions.
The name of the file is NOT state defined and displays as YYYYOct1.0EdCor with a date/time stamp of when the file was generated, appended with file format (ex: .csv), where YYYY is the end year of the School Year selected for report generation.
