Section Roster Tool Rights

Each Section Roster displays basic information about all the students on a course section's roster. Print Options allow users to select from a number of different display and student information options when generating a PDF of the roster to print.

Related Tools:

  • Summary: Clicking on student names displays the Summary tool, displaying demographic information about the student and their household.
  • Flags: Users can hover over icons to see any details about flags that have been entered.
  • Health: Health icons indicate health alerts that have been placed on a student.
  • IEP: An icon displays for students with a locked IEP. Additional access is required to be able to view an IEP.
  • PLP Documents: Personalized Learning Plan documents uploaded for a student.
