Health vaccines and their associated compliance listings are based on state guidelines. While Infinite Campus maintains standard guidelines for all states, districts have the ability to enter additional compliances. The following information describes vaccine compliance rules as defined by the Wyoming State Department of Health.

General Compliance

  • Vaccine doses administered less than or equal to 4 days before the minimum interval or age are considered valid.
  • Doses administered 5 days before the minimum interval or age are not considered valid and must be repeated as age-appropriate.

Hepatitis B

RuleRequirements

1 dose 0-1 months

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is between 0 (zero) and 1 month old, and
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine.

2 doses 2-3 months

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is between 2 and 3 months old,
  • the student receives 2 doses of the Hepatitis B vaccine, and 
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 3 doses of the Hepatitis B vaccine,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the last dose and the second valid dose is greater than 56 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the last dose and the first valid dose is greater than 112 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 168 days with a 4 day tolerance.

2 doses

In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 2 doses of the Hepatitis B vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the effective date is less than 56 days with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.

1 dose

In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 1 dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine, and
  • the difference between the dose and the effective date is less than 28 days with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 5 doses of the DT, DTaP, Td booster, or Tdap vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the fourth dose and the previous is greater than 4 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the fifth dose and the previous is greater than 6 months with a 4 day tolerance.

4 doses

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 4 doses of the DT, DTaP, Td booster, or Tdap vaccine,
  • the difference between the fourth dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 48 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the fourth dose and the previous is greater than 4 months with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses 7+

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 84 months old, 
  • the student receives 3 doses of the DT, DTaP, Td booster, or Tdap vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 12 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 84 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 6 months with a 4 day tolerance.

4 doses 7+

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 84 months old, 
  • the student receives 4 doses of the DT, DTaP, Td booster, or Tdap vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is less than 11 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the fourth dose and the previous is greater than 84 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the fourth dose and the previous is greater than 6 months with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses

In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 3 doses of the DT, DTaP, Td booster, or Tdap vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the effective date is less than 5 months with a 1 day tolerance.

2 doses 7+

In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 84 months old,
  • the student receives 2 doses of the DT, DTaP, Td booster, or Tdap vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the effective date is less than 5 months with a 1 day tolerance.

Students age 155 months old and younger are not required to receive any doses of the Tdap vaccine.

Td in the past 10 Years

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 1 dose of the Td booster or Tdap vaccine, 
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 84 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the effective date is less than or equal to 119 months with a 4 day tolerance.

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 1 dose of the Tdap or DTaP/DTP vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 84 months with a 4 day tolerance.

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is no older than 83 months old,
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Measles vaccine, and
    • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance, OR
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Mumps vaccine, and
    • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance, OR
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Rubella vaccine, and
    • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance.

2 MMR

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  •  the student receives 2 doses of the MMR or MMRV vaccine, and

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  •  the student receives 2 doses of the Measles vaccine, and
    • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance, OR
  •  the student receives 2 doses of the Mumps vaccine, and
    • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance, OR
  •  the student receives 2 doses of the Rubella vaccine, and
    • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance.

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is no older than 83 months,
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Varicella or Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella (MMRV) vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than or equal to 12 months with a 4 day tolerance.

1 dose before 6/2007

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 1 dose of the Varicella or Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella (MMRV) vaccine,
  • the last dose date was received on or before 5/30/2007, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 12 months with a 4 day tolerance.

2 doses

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 2 doses of the Varicella or Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella (MMRV) vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 12 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the seconds dose and previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance.

1 dose > 13 year old

In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 156 months old, 
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Varicella or Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella (MMRV) vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the effective date is less than 28 days with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.

1 dose < 13 year old

In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is no older than 155 months old, 
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Varicella or Measles-Mumps-Rubella-Varicella (MMRV) vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the effective date is less than 2 months with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.

Students age 0-1 months old are not required to receive any doses of the Polio vaccine.

Age 18+

Students age 216 months (18 years) old and older are not required to receive any doses of the Polio vaccine.

Compliant

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:
  • the student is in at least 2 months, but no older than 3 months old,
  • the student receives 1 dose of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine, and
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance.

2 doses Age 4-5 Months

Compliant


The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:
  • the student is in at least 4 months, but no older than 5 months old,
  • the student receives 2 doses of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the first and second dose is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance.
4 doses before Feb 2018
Compliant
The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:
  • the last dose is received before 01/31/2018,
  • the student receives 4 doses of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine,
  • the difference between the third dose and the student's birthdate is less than 48 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 48 months with a 4 day tolerance.
3 doses before Feb 2018
Compliant
The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:
  • the last dose is received before 01/31/2018,
  • the student receives 3 doses of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine, and
  • the difference between the third dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 48 months with a 4 day tolerance.

  • the student receives 3 doses of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses Over Age 4

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is 48 months of age or older,
  • the student receives 3 doses of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  •  the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 6 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  •  the difference between the third dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 48 months with a 4 day tolerance. 
1 dose
In Progress

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives at least one dose of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine, and
  • the difference between the dose and the effective date is less than 28 days with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.
2 doses
In Progress
The student is considered in progress if the following conditions have been met:
  • the student receives at least two doses of the IPV, OPV, or IPV/OPV Polio vaccine, and
  • the difference between the dose and the effective date is less than 6 months with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.

Pnuemococcal

RuleRequirement

Age 0-1 months

No Requirement 

Students younger than 1 month old are not required to receive any doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine.

Ages 5 and older

No Requirement 

Students 60 months (5 years) of age and older are not required to receive any doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine.

1 dose required ages 2-3 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is between 2 and 3 months of age,
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine, and
  • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance.

2 doses required age 4-5 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is between 4 and 5 months of age,
  • the student receives 2 doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses required 6-11 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is between 6 and 11 months of age,
  • the student receives 3 doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the second dose and the student's birthdate is less than 6 months with a 4 day tolerance.

4 doses 12 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 12 months of age,
  • the student receives 4 doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the fourth dose and the previous is greater than 56 days with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses 12 months, 7-11 shot

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 12 months of age,
  • the student receives 3 doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 56 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 7 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the student's birthdate is less than 11 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 12 months with a 4 day tolerance.

3 doses 12 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 12 months of age,
  • the student receives 3 doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate is less than 11 months with a 4 day tolerance,
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the third dose and the previous is greater than 56 days with a 4 day tolerance.

2 doses 12 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 12 months of age,
  • the student receives 2 doses of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine,
  • the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 12 months with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the second dose and the previous is greater than 56 days with a 4 day tolerance.

1 dose over 24 months

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student is at least 24 months of age,
  • the student receives 1 dose of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine, and
  •  the difference between the first dose and the student's birthdate if greater than 24 months with a 4 day tolerance.

1 Dose IP

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  •  the student receives 1 dose of the Pneumococcal PCV or PPV vaccine, and
  •  the difference between the dose and the effective date is less than 28 days with a 0 (zero) day tolerance. 

Rotavirus

Under 2 months

No Requirement 

Students younger than 2 months old are not required to receive any doses of the Rotavirus (Rota) vaccine.

Over 8 months

No Requirement 

Students 8 months of age or older are not required to receive any doses of the Rotavirus (Rota) vaccine.

1 dose

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 1 dose of the Rotavirus (Rota) vaccine, and
  • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance.

2 dose

Compliant 

The student is considered compliant when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 2 doses of the Rotavirus (Rota) vaccine,
  • the difference between the dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 42 days with a 4 day tolerance, and
  • the difference between the second dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 28 days with a 4 day tolerance.

1 dose IP

In Progress 

The student is considered in progress when the following conditions have been met:

  • the student receives 1 dose of the Rotavirus (Rota) vaccine, and
  • the difference between the dose and the effective date is less than 28 days with a 0 (zero) day tolerance.
