Object Triggering Logic

This table describes logic for triggering syncing of this object.

Post

When a student has an enrollment in the configured year AND a SPED State Reporting tab record that overlaps their enrollment. 


Do not post a record when the following exclusions are true:

  • Enrollment State Exclude
  • Enrollment No Show
  • Calendar Exclude
  • Grade Level Exclude
  • School Exclude

A unique record posts for each SPED State Reporting tab record. If the student has more than one record, more than one Ed-Fi record is sent.


A unique record posts for each event entered on the SPED State Reporting tab record.

Delete/Post/Put

A Delete/Post is performed when the natural key is changed. A Put is performed otherwise.


When the following information changes on a SPED State Reporting tab record:

  • General Information
    • Program Start Date
    • Program End Date
  • SPED Events
    • Babies Can't Wait Notification (01)
    • Parent Consent to Evaluation (02)
    • Initial Evaluation (03)
    • Initial Eligibility Determination (04)
    • Initial IEP Meeting (05)
      • Parent Present
      • Student Present
    • Initiation of IEP Services (06)
    • IEP Annual Review (07)
      • Parent Present
      • Student Present
    • 2nd IEP Annual Review (07)
      • Parent Present
      • Student Present
    • Re-Evaluation (08)
    • 2nd Re-Eligibility Determination (08)
    • Special Education Exit (09)
    • Parent Revoked Consent (10)
    • Not Eligible for Initial Provision of Services (11)
    • Parent Refused Initial Provision of Services (12)

When the following information is changed on the student's Enrollment:

  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • No Show
  • State Exclude
Delete

When the student's enrollment is deleted or no longer overlaps the configured year.

Delete

When the SPED State Reporting tab record is deleted or no longer overlaps the student's enrollment.

Delete

When the student is now excluded in some way (Enrollment, Calendar, School, etc.).

Scope Year Logic

This table describes scope year logic of this object.

Business Rules
Student Special Education Association Event records will only send to the school year they are aligned to
Data will only send for the years that have valid configuration.
