The CTE Data Extracts (NV) tool was deprecated as of Campus.2243. Please refer to the CTE Reports article for information on generating and submitting CTE data to the Nevada Department of Education.

This is the fifth upload and reflects students that graduate or should graduate based on their grade level but do not. This extract also reports the student's status that indicates whether they are passing (or not) the Nevada HSPE. This is started in June and can be completed by the end August every year.
Report Logic
- Students report if they were active AND enrolled in a CTE course at any time during the reporting period AND in 11th or 12th grade.
- Students must be scheduled into a course with the CTE Course flag marked on Course > Custom Data Elements.
- Data only reports from Primary enrollments.
- This report does not report for records that have State Exclude, Calendar Exclude, and/or Grade Level Exclude selected.
