| Post | When a Service Type 'P' enrollment is created and saved for a person and the enrollment overlaps a configured year AND has a locked SPED plan with an Initial Evaluation Date within the Scope Year.

| Delete | The student no longer has an eligible enrollment in the District. |
| Delete | If the enrollment is marked as no show or state exclude. |
