Health vaccines and their associated compliance listings are based on state guidelines. While Infinite Campus maintains standard guidelines for all states, districts have the ability to enter additional compliances. The following information describes vaccine compliance rules as defined by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

General Compliance

Vaccine doses administered less than or equal to 4 days before the minimum interval or age are counted as valid.
Doses administered 5 days earlier than the minimum interval or age are not counted as valid doses and must be repeated as age-appropriate.

The following rules are included for all vaccines (These rules do not apply to students who do not have a requirement for Tdap):

1 Dose first year - In Process	1 state enrollment year 1 dose 90 school days
2 doses first year - In Process (not needed for MMR)	1 state enrollment year 2 doses
2 doses second year - In Process	2 state enrollment years 2 doses 30 school days

Immunization Rules

The following tables describe all Wisconsin immunization requirements per vaccine.

DTap

Rule	Condition
3 doses	KG, K3, K4, and PK-12 Last dose must be on or after age 4 DTaP, DT, Tdap, Td
4 doses	Grades 1-12 DTaP, DT, Tdap, Td
4 doses	Pre-K (K3, K4, PK) DTaP, DT

Tdap

Rule	Condition
1 dose	Required in grades 6-12 if student has not had a tetanus containing dose in the past 5 years (on the start date of the student's 6th grade enrollment or the first enrollment if there is not a 6th grade enrollment)

Hepatitis B

3 doses	2 years old and older

MMR

Rule	Condition
1 dose	Age 2 and older not yet enrolled in kindergarten or above Last dose must be on or after 12 months
2 doses	K-12 2 dose must be on or after 12 months

Varicella

Rule	Condition
1 dose	Students over age 2 not yet enrolled in kindergarten.
2 doses	K-12
1 Dose 1st Year	1 dose
No Doses 1st Year	No doses
Behind Shedule	K-12

Polio

3 doses	Ages 2 and older not yet enrolled in kindergarten K-12, last dose on or after age 4
4 doses	K-12

Pneumococcal

1 dose	Ages 5 mos - 4 years for students not yet enrolled in kindergarten or above
