Health vaccines and their associated compliance listings are based on state guidelines. While Infinite Campus maintains standard guidelines for all states, districts have the ability to enter additional compliances. The following information describes vaccine compliance rules as defined by the Washington Department of Health.

General Compliance

  • Vaccine doses administered less than or equal to 4 days before the minimum interval or age are counted as valid.
  • Doses administered 5 days earlier than the minimum interval or age shall not be counted as valid and must be repeated as age appropriate.

A student is considered to be In Process if the student is not compliant and any of the following are true:

  • If either of the first 2 doses were given within the past 4 weeks.
  • If the 3rd dose was given within the past 4 months.
  • If the 4th dose was given within the past 6 months.

Tdap

Rule

Grade 7 under 10 yrs
No Requirement
Students in state grade: 07 who are no older than 119 months are not required to receive any doses of the Tdap vaccine.
Grade 8-12 under 7 yrs
No Requirement
Students in state grade: 08, 09, 10, 11, 12 who are no older than 83 months are not required to receive any doses of the Tdap vaccine.
1 dose Grade 7 10 yr+
Compliant
Students are considered compliant if the following conditions have been met:
  • the student is at least 120 months old,
  • the student is in state grade: 07,
  • the student receives one dose of the Tdap vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 120 months with a 4 day tolerance.
1 dose required grades 8-12 7+ yr
Compliant
Students are considered compliant if the following conditions have been met:
  • the student is at least 84 months old,
  • the student is in state grade: 08, 09, 10, 11, 12
  • the student receives one dose of the Tdap vaccine, and
  • the difference between the last dose and the student's birthdate is greater than 84 months with a 4 day tolerance.

1 dose grades 7-12
Non-Compliant
Students are considered non-compliant if the following conditions have been met:
  • the student is in state grade: 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, and
  • the student has not received any doses of the Tdap vaccine.

Hepatitis B

2 Adult Doses

  • Ages 11 years and older
  • Doses given at least 4 months apart.
  • Doses given between the ages of 11 and 15 years.


A student is considered to be In Process if the student is not compliant and any of the following are true:

  • If the 1st dose was given within the past 4 weeks.
  • If the 2nd dose was given within the past 8 weeks.
  • If the student has been given 2 doses with the 1st dose within the past 16 weeks.

MMR

  • 1st dose on or after 12 months of age.
  • At least 4 weeks between doses.

1 Dose

  • Ages 16 months - 6 years of age.

Varicella
