CTE Course Grades Report

Report Logic

To appear in the report, the following must be true about each record:

  • Students must be active AND enrolled in a CTE course at any time during the reporting period.
  • Students must be scheduled into a course with the CTE Course flag marked on Course > Custom Data Elements.
  • Data only reports from Primary enrollments.
  • Courses marked as State Exclude are not included.
  • The Course Type dropdown must be filled out for grades to report correctly ( Course/Section > Course > Course Information > Custom Data Elements > Course Type ).

See the CTE Data Extracts (Nevada) article for directions for generating the extract.
