Staff use FRAM Reports to:
- Generate letters to send to households at various points in the FRAM application process
- Report on eligibility status
- Report on household applications
- Generate lunch counts
- Identify students for whom the district has been given permission to share eligibility information

Eligibility Report
The Eligibility Report returns the number of Free, Reduced, and Paid eligibility records based on the criteria entered when the report is generated.
FRAM Letter Batch Report
The FRAM Batch Letter report generates one letter per household for the following letter types: Pre-Application Letters, Direct Certification Approval Letters, and the Approval Denial Letters.
Household Applications Report
The Household Applications Report summarizes information for submitted Free and Reduced Meal and Educational Benefits Applications.
Lunch Report
The Lunch Count Report prints the number of lunches, milks and adult lunches for each course for the selected Effective Date..
Permission Report
This report is used to list all students for whom the district has been given permission to share eligibility information based on the criteria selected.
Available Tool Rights
Each of these reports only requires Read (R) rights to generate.
