The Advanced Attendance and Appointments toolset is a custom tool and is only available to districts who purchase these tools. The Advanced Attendance and Appointments toolset is part of the Campus Workflow Suite.
Release notes provide the applicable personnel the ability to review enhancements, modifications and corrections included in a release pack prior to accepting an update. It is advised that users review the release notes carefully and alert appropriate district staff to changes in the product.
Advanced Attendance and Appointments Release Notes describe all changes included within the release pack which may impact users who use the Advanced Attendance and Appointments tools as add-on functionality to their existing student information system.

Advanced Attendance and Appointments Version 2.5.11 (4/26/2024)
This version of the Advanced Attendance and Appointments toolset is compatible with Campus.2407.
Enhancement
- In Teacher Hall Pass View, hall passes can now be viewed (in addition to created) for non-rostered students. (CDP-3164)
- The Sign-Out Column in Scan History and Student Scan History now indicates whether a pass was never ended. (CDP-3194)

- Tool rights for custom kiosks have been modified to not require the Kiosk sub-right. (CDP-3256)
- Student names in the Teacher Hall Pass VIew are now listed in alphabetical order by Last Name, First Name Middle Initial. (CDP-3264)
- Hall Passes issued via Student Hall Pass Lookup were not changing to green when viewed by teachers in Teacher Hall Pass. They were also not changing to yellow or red with the time change. Both of these have been corrected. (CDP-3265)
- On the initial load of Teacher Hall Pass View, all Hall Pass options were loading, regardless of the Hall Pass Settings. This has been corrected. (CDP-3278)
- When there are multiple overlapping terms and/or term schedules, scanning into the classroom kiosk signed a student in and attempted to issue a hall pass. This has been corrected. (CDP-3283)
Advanced Attendance and Appointments Version 2.5.10 (4/18/2024)

- Created roll forward settings for all workflow tools including Badges, Behavior Matrices, Hall Pass, and Scanner Settings. (CDP-594)

- The Grade field in the Barcode Label Report was not refreshing when a new school was selected. This has been corrected. (CDP-3062)
- When a district disabled Absence Requests on the Portal but allowed students to use the Check In/Out Kiosk with notifications to parents, the Absence Request Notifications enabled parents to create and submit absence requests via the Portal. This has been corrected. (CDP-3089)
- An error could occur when using Absence Request Processing for requests for students that have no Student Number. This has been corrected. (CDP-3113)

- A warning banner will be displayed for the Classroom Attendance Kiosk if it has not been set up for a selected school. (CDP-2841)
- The Hall Pass request screen would not display a student's name if that student did not have a middle name. This has been corrected. (CDP-3084)

- After processing an absence request, the Arrival and Departure Times appeared blank, making it look like there was no arrival or departure time on the request. This has been corrected. (CDP-3056)
- If a calendar was set up to use Lunch records, but those records lacked start and end times, then errors occurred when processing requests in Absence Request Processing. This has been corrected. (CDP-3079)
- Student numbers were appearing invalid when scanning into rooms they were not rostered in. This has been corrected. (CDP-3082)

Advanced Attendance and Appointments Version 2.5.5 (2/26/2024)

- Added an enrollment drop-down list to the Hall Pass tool on the Student Portal. For the Enrollment list to show up, districts must configure their Portal Display Options for both calendars/schools the student has an enrollment in and have Hall Pass Configured for both calendars as well. - Added the ability in Photo and Badge Printing to display the student's current student picture with an option for the user to either use the existing picture or allow a new photo to be taken.(CDP-3020)

- If a user attempted to load the Admin Hall Pass View to look up a student's info, where the student had a hall pass that the admin couldn't assign, it would error out. This has been corrected.(CDP-3051)

- An error was occurring where the Check In/Out Kiosk could freeze if students scanned in too quickly when not using a printer. This has been corrected. (CDP-2923)
