This association represents the Title I Part A program(s) that a student participates in or from which the student receives services.

Object Triggering Logic

This table describes logic for triggering syncing of this object.

A manual resync should be performed if the school's Title 1 status or services are changed under School History. Triggers do NOT automatically update this.

Action	Trigger
Post	When a student is given a Title 1 record and the record overlaps a configured year and the student has an enrollment in the configured year. A maximum of one record posts per student-school combination. If a student has an individual Title 1 program and a Schoolwide program, the individual program reports (does not report the schoolwide program). If a student has multiple enrollments in a school and that school has a Schoolwide program, reports based on the most recent Enrollment. Does not send a record if enrollment is in a calendar marked as Exclude. Does not send a record if enrollment is in a school marked as Exclude. Does not send a record if enrollment is marked as No Show.
Delete/Post	When any field part of the natural key is changed. When any of the following fields are changed on the Title 1 Program tab (Individual Programs) or School History (Schoolwide Programs): Title 1 Program (Individual) Title 1 Program Start Date (Individual) Enrollment Start Date (School)
Put	When any field not part of the natural key is changed. When the following information changes on the Title 1 Program tab (Individual Programs) or School History (Schoolwide Programs): Instructional Services checkboxes (Individual) Support Services checkboxes (Individual) Extended Time Opportunities checkboxes (Individual) End Date (Individual) Enrollment End Date (School) Reason Exited (Individual)
Delete	When the student no longer has an enrollment in the configured year.
Delete	When the Title I record has been deleted.
Delete	When the Title I record no longer overlaps the configured year.

School Exclude, Calendar Exclude, Resource Toggle and Resync Logic

This table describes the School Exclude, Calendar Exclude, Resource Toggle and Resync logic of this object.

Action	Trigger
None	If a resource is toggled to 'OFF' after data has sent, all sent data will remain in the ODS but no new data will send.
Resync	If a record is in the Ed-Fi Identity Mapping table and not in the ODS, it will be deleted from the Ed-Fi Identity Mapping table.
Resync	If a record is in the ODS and it does not have a matching record in Campus or the Ed-Fi Identity Mapping table, it will be deleted from the ODS.
Resync	If a mapping is changed in Resource Preferences, a resync will need to be done to reflect the changes.
Resync	Programs will only be update/deleted if a mapping is changed after a resync is completed and 'All Schools' is checked on resync. Programs are at the district level and students in another school my have a Student Program Association record that references the Program.

Natural Key Changes, Cascading Updates, and Deletes Logic

This table describes the Natural Key Changes/Cascading Updates and Deletes logic of this object.

Post/Delete	Natural Key changes: LEA Reference - District Numbers cannot change after data has been sent. If a district number changes, we would expect an Ed-Fi error and this change would not be supported. If an Ed-Fi ID changes, a delete/post will occur with the cascading deletes from the Ed-Fi ID Change triggers. If the Program Name or Program Type Descriptor mapping changes and a resync is completed. If the Start Date of the program record changes. If the Title 1 drop list is changed on the School/School history record, a resync must be completed. All records associated with the old program type will be deleted and new records will post with new program.

Natural Key changes:

LEA Reference - District Numbers cannot change after data has been sent. If a district number changes, we would expect an Ed-Fi error and this change would not be supported.
If an Ed-Fi ID changes, a delete/post will occur with the cascading deletes from the Ed-Fi ID Change triggers.
If the Program Name or Program Type Descriptor mapping changes and a resync is completed.
If the Start Date of the program record changes.
If the Title 1 drop list is changed on the School/School history record, a resync must be completed. All records associated with the old program type will be deleted and new records will post with new program.

Logic
The record sends to any year the Title 1 record overlaps with.
Data only sends for the years that have valid configuration.

To fix this, click 'Original Record' > New School History > Make the new Title 1 selection > Save.
