This entity represents the staff contact information to the Indiana Department of Education for LINK access.

Object Triggering

Action	Business Rules
Post	When a staff member is created with Census data that is required by this resource.
	Do Not Report a record if any of the following conditions are met. Staff member does not have a state staff ID. Staff Member does not have a District Assignment record, the District Assignment record is not active, or or the active District Employment record does not have District Staff checked. Staff Members Active District Assignment is marked Exclude.
Put	When any field not a part of the natural Key is changed.
Delete/Post	When any part of the natural keys have changed.
Delete	When the active district assignment is deleted.
