Post	When a student is awarded State Seal of Bilingualism-Biliteracy and seal date is within the config year. Awarded Code must = 01 (NM State Seal of Bilingualism-Biliteracy) to report. Date Awarded must fall on/between July 1st to June 30th in the calendar year selected on the tool bar to report. Do not send a record if enrollment is in a calendar marked as State Exclude. Do not send a record if enrollment is in a School marked as State Exclude. Do not send a record if enrollment is in a Grade marked as State Exclude. Do not send a record if enrollment is State Excluded.
Delete/Post	When a student award information is changed.
Delete	When a student award record is deleted.
