Activity Registration
Activity Registration Maintenance (SIS-168715)
The following updates have been made to the Activity Registration tool:
- Added a future enrollment option to Build Roster preview.
- Added future dated enrollments to the Field Trips roster when future dated checkbox is enabled.
- The Primary Enrollment modal was missing buttons after a recent update. This was corrected.
- Removing an activity with e-signature from the cart and re-adding the activity caused a connection error on checkout. This was corrected.

Assessments
Missing User Groups on Copied Assessments (SIS-166949)
User groups did not display as expected on copied assessments in the Assessment Center. This issue has been resolved.

Test Detail Updates (SIS-168602) [Enhancement]
The layout design and functionality of the Test Detail section of the Assessment Center have been updated to enhance user experience:
- Name of the 'Children' header changed to 'Child Tests'.

- When the cursor is over a child test:

Grades Tool - Assignment Multiplier (SIS-111012)
The Grades tool has been updated so that the Weight field in the Detailed Grade Information section now is now called Multiplier, to match what the field is called in the Assignment editor.

Expanding Student Column in the Grade Book (SIS-140553)
Previously, clicking the chevron to expand the student column in the Grade Book caused an error if the Score Group aligned to the Task had 200+ scores. This has been corrected.

Updates to Message Center for Teachers (SIS-155614) [Enhancement]
The Missing Assignment Messages and Grades Messages have been updated so that teachers can send these messages to students, as well as their guardians. In Step 2 of creating a message, Teachers can now select which type of Recipients to include in the message: Messenger Contacts (individuals whose Relationship to a student is marked as Messenger) and Students themselves.
- When sending the message to all recipients from the section, mark Messenger Contacts or Students, or both.
- When selecting specific recipients, toggle between the two types to create a Recipient List that includes both students and guardians.
In support of this update, the Sent Message Log has also been updated to indicate whether students were included in the message in the Delivery Summary and which Recipient Types were selected in the Filter Criteria Detail. The Recipient Log has also been updated to reflect inclusion of students in Grades and Missing Assignment messages.

Custom Links and Reports Tool (SIS-158000) [Enhancement]

Student Assessment Summary Report Update (SIS-167138)
The Student Assessment Summary report has been updated so that the Code and Subject Type columns no longer overlap in the PDF report.

Expanding a Student in the Grade Book (SIS-167824)
Previously, some teachers received an error if they clicked the blue arrow in the Grade Book to expand the student and view a graph of student scores. This error occurred if the Standard selected as the Grade Book's context had a rubric with more than 400 options. This has been corrected so that the graph of student scores does not display if the rubric has more than 20 options, which accounts for the vast majority of rubrics.

Google Drive Login Screen (SIS-168224)

The following updates have been made to Campus Student and Campus Parent:
- Previously, if an attendance event spanned multiple periods, a push notification was sent for each period. Logic has been updated to send one push notification.
- The mobile apps now correctly set cookies.
- Previously, the wrong login page sometimes displayed in the mobile apps if the user's session was interrupted and cookies were not stored properly.

Combine Person
Numerous Combine Person Error Messages Not Displaying (SIS-167140)
A bug was preventing numerous error messages from displaying in the Combine Person tool. This was causing person merges to silently fail, leaving users with no information as to why the merge failed. This issue was corrected and all messages within in the tool now display properly.

Ed-Fi Updates (SIS-167671) [Enhancement]

- Unnecessary Ed-Fi Quartz errors have been suppressed from the Error Log.

For Core Ed-Fi, the Staff Education Organization Assignment Association resource has been updated to re-post all Staff Section Associations for a staff person when a natural key change occurs.

When a Preferred Language was selected on Step 1, the Recipient side panel was not properly filtering out the recipients who did not meet the Preferred Language criteria, although the recipients were properly being filtered when a message was sent. This has been corrected.

Grade Levels Changing in Saved Templates (SIS-167956)
When Messenger 2.0 templates were saved, grade levels with a leading zero were losing this zero. We recommend reviewing any templates or scheduled messages that contain a grade level with a leading zero.
If the users have unmodified templates, and/or scheduled messages that contain grade levels with a leading zero, the issue is automatically fixed by this update. If the template/scheduled message has been edited after the initial save, then the grade level is incorrectly stored. The grade level must be deleted and the correct grade level must be added.

OneRoster Cache Refresh (SIS-158161) [Enhancement]
By default, the OneRoster cache has been updated to refresh between 10pm and midnight local time, initiated at 10:10pm. An option has been added to the Settings menu in Digital Learning Applications Configuration allowing users to set a custom OneRoster Daily Cache Refresh Time. Off-peak hours are recommended.

Previously, all userIDs were returned with a hard-coded Type of 'infiniteCampus.' OneRoster - Student Grade Level (SIS-168486)
Previously, some connections using OAuth 2 in BIE districts received an error when returning the students endpoint because the student grade level could not be returned due to the BIE Grade Level Definitions tab. Logic has been updated to filter out regional state grade definitions when returning student grades in OneRoster.

Online Payments
Mobile Payments Bug Fixes and Improvements (SIS-166524) [Enhancement]
The following updates have been made to the Campus Mobile Payments app:
- Previously, if a Category or General Product was added to an event and later was inactivated or updated to no longer display on Mobile Payments, there was no indication that they were no longer active or valid. Inactive and Invalid labels, as well as a "Show Invalid" toggle, have been added to the Event workflow to ensure a user is notified of any issues pertaining to those Categories, Products and Items.
- Previously, the Product and Item buttons within the Preview section of Step 2 did not match the button view within the Campus Mobile Payments App. This has been corrected to ensure the Preview buttons will match the Horizontal Tablet view with the app.
- There was an issue where a device would be connected and logged in, but still appear as Pending in Device Management. This has been corrected.

Several updates for Pennsylvania have been implemented on how student graduation award information reports on the student's Transcript. For the Graduation tool, the Award codes 00: World language proficiency certificate, 01: Gold bilingual or multilingual seal, and 02: Platinum bilingual or multilingual seal have been removed. Records with these codes still report on the student's Transcript, but are no longer available for selection when creating a new graduation award record.
Logic has been updated for which Graduation fields report on student Transcripts:
- for CTE awards, Industry Credential, Provider, and Transcript Date report. When the Provider is null, the Transcript does not print.
- for NCTE awards, Award Fact, Provider, and Transcript Date report. When the Provider is null, the Transcript does not print.

The report population on the C Record has been updated and the report logic Behavioral Intervention Code (field 5), Instructional Support Code (field 6), Days Sanctioned (field 8), and Hours Sanctioned (field 11) fields on the D Record have been updated.
