Report Logic

  • To report, students must have an active enrollment in the selected calendar and be tied to a state grade of 03-12.
  • If a student has multiple enrollments, the most recent primary enrollment which meets the previous requirement reports.
  • If no primary enrollment exist, the most recent enrollment which meets the first requirement is used.
  • Students must meet one of the following requirements in order to pull onto the extract:
    • Rostered into a course/section that ends within the section ends between dates on the extract editor AND with one or more assessment tied to the course (as of the effective date) with one of the following consortium codes: ALG01, ALG02, GEO01, MAT1I, MAT2I, MAT3I, MAT03, ELA03, MAT04, ELA04, MAT05, ELA05, MAT06, ELA06, MAT07, ELA07, MAT08, ELA08, ELA09, ELA10, ELA11.
The section can be in an instructional OR non-instructional period.
    • Student has a transcript record where the PARCC assessment dropdown list is not null AND
      • has an assessment with a matching consortium code but no passing score OR
      • has No assessment with a matching consortium code.
  • Students appear on the extract multiple times if they are tied to multiple courses or have multiple transcript entries that meet the above criteria.
  • If a student is tied to multiple sections or courses, the student only reports once per course, per test code as of effective date. The course with the highest course ID reports.
  • If a student has a course and transcript entry with the same consortium code, the student reports from the course only once per unique test code.
