Report Logic
Records report for the active school year only based on the District Bus Staff and School Year currently marked as active. The School Years of the District Bus Staff and Calendar must match to report.
State-specific fields on the Bus Staff tab are not available in Ad hoc Reporting.
The Record Key, which helps determine the Type of record sent (New, Edit, or Delete), is comprised of the Record ID, Record Version, District ID, and School Year.
