Tool Search: CATE Report
The CATE Course report provides information concerning the student course CIP code as well as the CATE program and other student enrollment information.
CATE Course Report Editor
Report Logic
- Reports each section of each course that has a CIP Code in the selected Calendar(s) chosen in the extract editor.
- If multiple terms are selected for the Section that do not run "back-to-back," then this reports one instance for each term.
Courses that do not have a CIP Code do not report.
Generate the Report
- Select the CATE Course option from the Extract Type dropdown.
- Select a Report Format from the dropdown list. Options are State Format (CSV) or HTML.
- Select the desired Calendar(s) to include in the report. Calendars can be selected by active year, by school year or by year.
- Click Generate Extract. Results will appear in the desired format in a new window.
