OLR Release Notes describe all changes included within the release pack which may impact users who use Online Registration as add-on functionality to their existing student information system. OLR 6.3.17 (4/19/2024)

- This will only work for up to four parent/guardians in an application. Any guardians added after the fourth will not receive the email.
- All parents will need an email address listed to receive the email.
- The parent that started the application will get all the GUIDs for the parents/guardians in the primary household, like before.
- They must leave the (L)PARENT1(L), (L)PARENT2(L), (L)PARENT3(L),(L)PARENT4(L) in for all the emails to send out.

- Fields in the Builder set to pull into applications are not pulling for non-student records in Portal - New Student application. This has been corrected. (CDP-3235)
- The locked relationship checkboxes for relationships between existing students and existing parents/guardians could become unlocked if the user changed the relationship type. This has been corrected. (CDP-3242)

- The values within the Sequences column on the OLR Status page are now stored as integers instead of strings, enabling more accurate sorting. With this conversion, any value that is already a positive numeric value will stay the same and any that contains any non-numeric characters will be changed to 99. (CDP-486)
- Updated the Update Application screens in OLR Staff Processing to match the look and feel of the other OLR UI updates. (CDP-3075)

- The signature when submitting an application in the new UI was always required, regardless of the "Require Drawing Signature" OLR System Setting. This has been corrected. (CDP-3077)

- Added a new setting that allows districts to require Online Registration to be completed by Parent Portal users. With this setting enabled, parents will be prompted (upon logging into the Portal) to complete the required OLR application(s) before they can navigate to any other screens in the Portal.(CDP-3030)
- If this OLR Release is taken before being on Campus.2407, this new setting will be visible but will not function until you are on Campus.2407.
Fixes
- The Apt number was not appearing in address verification previews in the new OLR UI. This has been corrected. (CDP-2993)
- Validation messages when returning to a record were not appearing for fields in the last available pleat. This has been corrected. (CDP-3003)

- Due to the Boundary School being a calculated value that is not saved, any field or pleat that is set to toggle off of the Boundary School was not displaying on the receipt. Now, the receipt uses the School List value to toggle those fields and pleats. (CDP-2986)
- The Save button was not functioning when entering data in a new OLR Builder Field by tabbing through the fields, rather than using the mouse to move to the next field. This has been corrected. (CDP-1823)
- Disabled Contact Preference categories that have the default value set to 0 (zero) no longer save as selected when entering a new phone number. (CDP-2978)
- The "Does this person live at the address listed below?" question for Parents/Guardians now always displays, regardless of the Allow Secondary Households setting. (CDP-2998)
- The label for Submit Signature has been moved out of the signature box. (CDP-2990)

- If a district was set up to pull students with enrollments with non-Primary Service Types into OLR applications and a student had an enrollment with a Primary service type at a school in the exclude pull list, but also a non-Primary enrollment with an eligible Service Type at a different school which is not excluded, that student wasn't being pulled into the application. This has been corrected. (CDP-2692)
- If the value for the "Status Used for Batch Posting" OLR System Setting is no longer valid, either due to the Status being re-named or deleted, applications will no longer be either Batch or Auto-Batch posted. (CDP-2697)
